Today I had the total dissatisfaction of visiting this particular store. From the time I drove up to the speaker to the time I left, it was almost surreal what I experienced. When I arrived, the person Jaylin(a gentleman from what I was told, that could all be false information however since it came from another employee with a who cares attitude) was very unprofessional. I had three Items to order and as soon as I finished the first, he cut me off with my total. I said "hold on i have more please" and you would have thought I insulted his entire family line. I wasnt asked if I had anything else to order or "is that all" it was just a cold nasty why are you here vibe. and then when I approached the window to pay, the girl was on her cell phone the entire time texting. They had the card reader hanging out the window but she couldn't even pay attention long enough to enter the total so I had to tell her I can't enter my card until she hits the enter button on the screen and she rolled her eyes. Again I had three items it was not a big order so when I get to the window to pick up I'm told to pull up and wait after about 10 minutes of waiting I looked behind me and I see much larger orders being handed out, thats when I realized they were now playing games (my order was nothnng special that required a ton of time to prepare, no chicken to drop no icecreams or shakes) I was greeted again with attitude when they finally came out but at that point I had no appetite and almost wondered if my food was messed with so I asked for a refund. Whoever was in charge that day needs to reevaluate their staff and how they are handling customers. I did not make a big deal out of it I just got my money back and left but I did ask the name of the person who took the order because I believe it all started from there. Read moreMy family and I stopped to grab some dinner 6/4/23 @ 7:36 from the drive thru. The man over the speaker said to place order. I asked for a minute he said to place the order when ready. I advised I will place the order when I am ready. He then advised me to calm down, calm down. I ordered the first meal with a coke. He advised that McDonald’s was out of Coke. I didn’t continue ordering. I pulled up to the 2nd window in the drive thru and asked to see the manager. The person working the window had her ear pods in talking on the phone. 1.5 to 2 minutes later the female manager came to the window. I asked what the store # was to file a complaint. The female manager said she doesn't know the store number; she is the manager from Brandon McDonalds and was covering a shift. While I am talking to her the girl with the ear pods, tattoo sleeves on each arm was making faces behind her manager. My wife advised the manager they have some real service issues. The manager response was "this is why I don't deal with people they are rude"! The McDonalds store number is easily found on every receipt. The reason I am writing this review is because this store has a leadership problem and allows poorly trained kids to run the store and treat customers in a very aggressive manner. Read moreI love eating McDonald's and have been a big fan forever! But recently they've upgraded and remodeled all the McDonald's near me and the service is horrible forget it takes you at least 5 minutes or so to get a refill on your drink and the lineups are also much longer than they used to be. I thought by remodeling all these stores the service would improve but it's actually much worse than it used to be and you don't have that McDonald's atmosphere that they used to have. I'm definitely not going to be visiting McDonald's too much in the future as they have ruined the experience that I used to enjoy! I have 40,000 to 50,000 points at times on my McDonald's app, that's how frequent I used to go. But not anymore, you have ruined the experience with your remodels that don't make sense!!! Trust me I'm not the only one feeling this way as well as I spoke to other people that were frustrated waiting for their food and there was no one to attend to them. I literally had to yell to an employee in the back to get their attention for the refill. Whoever thought this remodel would work has definitely not dined at many McDonald's restaurants or have an idea of what people actually want. From now on I'll hit the Chick-fil-A or Burger...
