REAL TALK? I wouldn’t eat here again if it were free. Took my three children there for dinner tonight with limited time getting them to their piano lessons. This is the second time one or more of my children wanted McDonald’s in the past couple weeks and this was the location we attended. My daughter wanted McDonald’s saying she prefers their fries. This time and the last time we came, the self-ordering kiosks do not give receipts, only the right ice machine dispenser on the soda machine dispenses ice, no ketchup in the dispensers and we have to ask for everything only to receive a smug and snotty response from some stupid teenager(s) who could really care less about customer service or their job. I spent nearly $38! If I ask for extra sweet n sour sauce, you provide it! Don’t ask me “What do you want”? I’m the customer! You say, “How may I help you”? Parents better teach their kids and franchise owners better train their employees. When food was delivered I noticed the fries weren’t even salted. I asked about it and was told they don’t salt the fries right away because some customers ask for no salt on fries. Guess the McDonald’s franchise I thought I knew isn’t McDonald’s after all. Every McDonald’s salts the heck out of their fries! I paid you for it! Why are you asking me if I want salt packets and having to salt my own fries. This McDonald’s should serve the same way as any other McDonald’s in any other location serves. Our country has really lost it’s way to some bizarre lazy, “I don’t care” entitlement attitude and it’s killing everything. Shameful! From now on, Chick-Fil-A will get my business. I know I get smiles and quality EVERY TIME I go there Not wondering if the food/service will be good or bad! I work hard for my money. $38 is $38. See you...
Read moreAvoid at all cost! (Post 1AM) If you value customer service order accuracy and a pleasurable experience, this is not your place. Also, they only accept cash; at least this night. #corporatecompliance Waited in line at drive thru as 8 cars were"fulfilled" before my order was completed. It's McDonald's, what about our order couldn't be satisfied before 4,5,6,7,8 other orders? You tell me. After having complied and "pulled up " to the designated area and waited, our order was back logged so less intense orders could be satisfied. 25 minutes of waiting for what basically were cheese burgers and French fries, we reversed into the order window and had the audacity to ask what was "up?" The response was inexplicably and disproportionately met with an unacceptable retort. My cash return was basically thrown at me. I initially paid via credit card and asked for a receipt. This was not to be the case. Having your money thrust back into your face and having to retrieve the coins outside your car to feel satisfied, really make the experience that much more sting. I just wanted to enjoy a late night meal with my loved one after having worked on Valentines day prior in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, a simple order could not be completed. BTW, why could they not accept a credit card? #mcds #McDonald's #mcdonalds #nottheend #thewashingtonpost #reuters...
Read moreWe decided to go through the drive-through this morning and there was only a few cars ahead of us. We went to place the order and they did not have any breakfast burritos at 7:45 a.m. . Okay not a big deal, but we could not understand the girl taking the order as she had a heavy accent. The total came to $16.78. Pulled up to the drive-thru and the bill miraculously changed to nearly $18. The girl was indifferent to this and continue taking drive-thru orders while we were speaking. We paid and sat there thru the next long order. She eventually noticed and said "oh you can pull up" so we sat there for nothing. We pulled up to the next window to the assistant manager Raecine who could care less and was very rude. She handed the food over, no thank you or anything. An elderly lady was parked in front of us and was cussing about her and her lousy service. We decided to check out order and found out she shorted us a coffee. When we brought this to her attention, she shushed us with her finger, then yelled what kind of coffee?, what size coffee? There was no apology and she was full of attitude. Then she hears the upset lady and says "I don't know what her problem is" So if this is your manager, the same rudeness must cascade through the ENTIRE organization. Way to turn a pleasant morning into a lousy start. #never going back #McDonald's lousy service #see you at...
