Blue hair lady calls customers cracker when she makes mistakes and trying to blame those mistakes on their customers. I came today to place my order for the same thing I've ordered the past 7 years when I choose mcdonalds breakfast. When I got to the window to pay, I noticed another meal order on my receipt, I then show the receipt to the girl in the window she then hands me back the receipt and states there is no difference in price. There was clearly a difference in price but I didn't care as long as I got the correct food. I pull up to the second window where a very rude blue haired lady tried to tell me what she thought I ordered, when I explained to her that its not what I ordered she got very argumentative with me, and instead of just fixing the mistake she continues to tell me I'm wrong, I don't doubt someone ordered that meal, it just was not me. Anyone with basic knowledge should be able to figure out this simple mishap. When she asked me what I did order I mentioned I originally wanted a coke with my meal, she remembered telling me they were out of coke and she remembered that I switched it to a sweet tea, yet there was not a drink order on the receipt for the order she was trying to give me. Once I proved this simple mishap was because of her mistake, she refused to give me my order and forced me to take a refund, as she handed me my card back through the window she stated "you can starve dumb cracker". This is the type of service that is expected when a simple mistake is made? someone needs to come in and take a look at things because if this is how things are handled, I can only imagine how things are behind the counter. Read moreI was met at the window and told the ice cream was down for the night that I could replace my 7.78 dollars for mcflurries, for two cookies. I then was handed a cookie and a snack wrap. I went back around and was given an attitude when I asked for my remaining SIX items. I was then told they dont have pies and arent dropping any so I can get a cookie for the 6.68 dollars I spent on pies. Then I was given 2 cookies NOT EIGHT (which doesnt even equate 4 pies and 2 reg mcflurries. But I was so fed up I just wanted to leave already. I was given two more cookies making a total of six cookies and had to ask a THIRD time for my remaining items. All of which were stale/cold cookies. No one wanted to do their job. Every person acted inconvenienced and they are the TOTAL opposite of morning shifts crew. I am beyond disappointed and would like to be contacted asap regarding my order. They basically told me to cancel my order or accept the cookies. I waited for over 25 mins for all of this. Asked for my last two cookies more than 4 times and didn't get them. I Asked for the manager and was told they gave me all they owed me and the manager said soso I asked for the manager face to face to check my bag. They never came. They wouldnt give me any info for a manager. And They ignored me as I stood waiting for my order outside the drive thru. Then argued with me once I walked to the window for what I was owed. Read moreI ordered a number 10 in the drive-thru, cashier repeated my order and I paid. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no, since she repeated my order. The order wasn't ready so the pickup window asked me to pull into the number 2 spot. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting. Someone finally brought a sandwich out, but it was the sausage biscuit when I ordered the steak and egg bagel. I told her it was wrong and that I ordered the meal. She walked to the drive thru and came back to me and said they don't have a history of someone ordering that. I told her impossible since the cashier did her job and repeated my order. She then told me to hang on and never came back out. Since they couldn't find the order they decided I wasn't important enough to complete the purchase. As a customer that's been frequenting this store for over 20 years, they just left me outdide blowing in the wind. I eventually walked in and demand they make my order. After I got it I wanted the name of the shift manager and the name of the person running the line. She said, "why? You got your food." Terrible customer service. They then gave me her name as Keisha amd refused any names of the lady wearing the manager uniform in the kitchen. From beginning to end this whole transaction took over 40 minutes.
