McDonald's — Restaurant in Tampa

If I could rate it 0 I would.

I came through the Drive Thru to put in two orders. I did mine first, simply two items. When I pulled up the man answered and asked if I was using my app, I said yes and that it was loading so I apologize for it taking time. Once it loaded (not even 2 seconds later), I gave him my code. Dead silence for a good 10-20 seconds before he asked me what the code was. Again, I gave him my code and he took another 10-20 seconds before answering. I told him the second item I wanted to add (the code being a free reward). Without checking to see if I wanted to add anything else he then says “and what for the second order?”

So I turned to my friends to get their code and it was taking a little bit to load so I turned to the speaker and apologized saying it was taking a while to load. I turned back to my friend who finally had the code and I read the code out to him. Once I gave him the code more silence for another 10-20 seconds. Then he asked me what the code was, again I gave it. Took him another 10-20 seconds before saying “refresh it.” Mind you, once you click on the deal, it won’t refresh until the place confirms it’s used. Otherwise you can’t get a new code for the next 15 minutes. I told him that the code wasn’t refreshing and he, with a rude tone, said “well I need a new code to use it.”

Ignoring the rudeness, I just told him it was okay and I apologized for the inconvenience and began to list off my friend’s order. As I was giving him the stuff they wanted (two cones and two drinks and chicken tenders) he kept cutting me off and saying “come up to the next window please” and I politely said “can I please continue my order?”

I was able to ask for everything but the food because a woman cut me off and said “next window,” not letting me finish my order. So, I pulled up, paid for the orders, and then pulled to the next window.

The nice gentleman at the window was handing me the three cones we ordered and asked “do you want a cup for these or?” And I said “yes please.” To which he looked to his left, chuckled and said “see I told y’all they wanted cups.” To which a rude woman (didn’t see her or see her name) said “well if they wanted cups they should’ve said something” (mind you, I wasn’t given the opportunity to say anything and had my second order cut off because they were being rude).

Proceeded to give me the cones, and two of the three drinks. Politely I asked for my third one and got all three drinks and cones. Only two straws.

Never have I ever seen such disrespect from people. All I was trying to do was order, and they were short with me, and they were rude. Do not go to this McDonald’s unless you want to be cut off from giving your order, or unless you want to have items missing (if you don’t like asking for your...

The worst McDonald experience ever!!! I went to this location on Dec. 9th around 1:30am. I should have known this experience would be horrible after seeing around 15 drunk young folks hanging around the door entrance at this time of night.

Both lines are the drive thru were long, but they wait wasn't too bad. I ordered the two-cheeseburger combo (small). When I got to the first window. I was charged 9.98 and the girl said it was the large. I told her I ordered the small and she told me they're the same price. She obviously didn't want to complete the money refund or make the order right.

I pull up to the next window. Although the girl was nice and helpful, the food was trash! I stuck my hand in the bad and fries was hard and cold. I told her I wanted another order of fries that just came out. She handed me the drink and it wasn't even filled to the top. She said told me it would be 2 minutes for the fries and asked me to pull forward.

While waiting for the fries, I looked at the burgers and the meat patties were cold, and the bread was hard as a rock. When she came back with the fries after a minute, I told her this is unacceptable, and I would like two new burgers. She took them and brought back two smashed burgers that look like they were in someone's pocket.

I bit into the fries and the majority of them were raw. They must have left them in for 30 seconds. I was so upset and tired at this point, I just drove off and went to my hotel. When I got to the hotel, I tried to eat whatever I could from the garbage they gave me.

The fries I just threw away because I couldn't eat them uncooked. I was able to eat one of the smashed burgers ever though they were cold. I opened the straw to drink the half-filled Sprint and it looked like once of the straw was crewed! I popped the top off the Sprint to drink and realized it was seltzer water or something. There is no way it was Sprint.

I'm not sure who was the manager that night, but they should probably get a new career. It looked like the employees inside was partying instead of working. Who would give someone garbage like that?! I'm sure they wouldn't want to eat what the passed out. So inconsiderate!!!!...

(This was 8/24/24 at around 12:20am) I pulled up to the drive thru and i order the $5 mcdouble deal and ask for water, this lady puts disani so i ask if i can get a fountain cup with ice water instead. She said something and I didnt understand her so i kept asking and she got annoyed (somewhat understandable). So after i finally understood i just got a sprite and water, then i asked my friends what they were getting but they kept talking over eachother and i couldnt listen. The lady then says “i dont got time for u to be playing just order” so i then accidentally say a whooper instead of a big mac but quickly correct myself and apologize so she then goes to lecturing me about wasting time and laughing at her and saying she is going to cancel my order. We were not laughing at all it was just a mistake i made. I kept trying to apologize and keep ordering but she continues to talk over me saying that im not serious and she will cancel my order. I then start crying uncontrollably because already ordering alone makes me very anxious so i couldnt muster up the words to keep explaining to her that i was serious about ordering. So then my friends were trying to tell me to just leave because at this point i have gone to hysterically sobbing. So i try to tell her that i am leaving but she doesnt listen because this lady is STILL lecturing me. I ended up leaving and parking at the lot next to that McDonalds because it isnt safe to drive while your emotions are high. Then who i assume was that lady, i see get out of the store into the McDonalds parking lot LOOKING FOR US. Genuinely the most stressful night of my life, never stopping...
