Highly recommended for both drinks and dining. My flight delay had me “down in the dumps” until I spotted the P.F. Chang’s in the Tampa Airport Terminal. Talk about getting cheered up quickly! Upon entering, I was quickly greeted by the hostess. I indicated my preference to sit at the bar. I had not even set my luggage down when I was greeted by bartender Carly! In the most friendly and accommodating manner, she offered to get me a drink and drop off the menu “while I got settled in”. Recommendations were offered and I started with an Açaí infused martini muddled with cucumbers and mint! It was beautiful, perfectly balanced, and “tongue-waggingly” delicious! Carly is a stellar mixologist! Dynamite Shrimp was my first dish. It arrived promptly and was well plated. Tempura fried shrimp with a slightly hot-spicy saucing sitting atop a scattering of shredded cabbage. Recommended by bartender Carly and by me. From P.F. Chang’s well put together menu, I selected the Kung Pao Dragon Roll. It was a HUGE California Roll topped with seared Ahi tuna. I greatly enjoyed this filling dish. After a Patron Margarita to die for, I explored the huge outdoor space complete with bar. Check out the photos...wow! The service, the decor, the overall vibe of this P.F. Chang’s location makes it a welcoming oasis at Tampa International Airport. Considering it is a P.F. Chang’s and it is at an airport, you will spend some money, but it is well worth it. I’m hoping I have enough time to stop in in between my return connections.

Review for P.F. Chang’s: We had a very positive experience at P.F. Chang’s. The Stella Artois beer was served perfectly cold, a great way to start the evening. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We ordered the Chang’s Spicy Chicken ($21.19) with brown rice — it was cooked to perfection, offering a well-balanced mix of sweet and spicy flavors. We also tried the Pepper Steak ($23.69), which was juicy and well-seasoned, although no side options were offered. Additionally, we ordered a side of fried rice ($4.95), which came in a generous portion and was very flavorful. Overall, a highly recommended experience for the quality of the food, the proper temperature of the drinks, and the courteous service.

So, a decent experience with decent food.

I ordered the Honey Crisp Chicken with Brown Rice. They brought out white rice, but that’s fine.

The chicken is white meat, which is good. So that’s a positive. The breading is in fact fairly light”, so not like a heavily breaded and fried chicken tender for example. Another positive.

The amount was also fairly, dare I say, generous.

The negative was the sauce is really layered heavy on it. If you loooove sauce, this is your bag. For me, I think I would’ve preferred less than half the amount. Still, not bad. I found that I needed to salt & pepper the dish to bring out some flavor.

The atmosphere is nice, but the music is Annoying! It’s 6:05PM in Tampa Bay with sun shinning and they’re playing dance club music. It takes away.

Server was very pleasant. Brittany. Patient and kind.

I just saw a guy at the bar put his fingers up n his mouth and pull out something. That’s busted up nonsense, but not P.F.s fault, sooo, moving on.

I’d say it’s a decent to good food option. Just mind the sauces and maybe...
