August 2024: Jenny delivered!! The best massage Iāve ever had! Thereās literally nothing else I can say and I donāt know how I missed out on this therapist for so long. I could cry that this was my last massage in Florida. Thank you so much. 120 minutes was the cherry on top, Jenny was the whipped cream (you donāt know youāre missing out until you get her)⦠thank you Caribbean Mystique for taking great care of us for the last few years. Iām saddened because I now have to find a new place and the bar has been set SO HIGH!
October 23ā: Janice manages this beautiful establishment and reached out after my review of my last experience here. She has always been patient, kind and understanding. She has also always been customer oriented and treated me as such when she spoke with me on the phone. She stressed how my experience was not normal and was apologetic. She coordinated an appointment and scheduled with one of her best masseuse and completely changed how I felt about coming back. I cannot stress enough how extraordinary that can make a consumer feel. āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø service across the board. I cannot rave about this establishment enough and Iām glad that my 2 previous experiences did not sour how I felt about a place that has always been diligent about taking care of their customers. Thank you so much Janiceš«¶š¾š„¹.
September 23ā: Really upset at how this place treated me after years of service with them and recommending this establishment to others. I scheduled a massage for today but was then told my appointment was not on the books. My last service in September was lackluster and Iām not sure why the person massaging was even hired on here, albeit he seemed new. The new faces at the front desk staff were not caring and slightly condescending. I came expecting to be wowed and taken care of like usual hoping that my last experience was a fluke but left instead with a migraine and embarrassed in front of several guests and saddened close to tears for wasting my time.
UPDATE: Iām a member!! This place is STILL AMAZING and the new location is wonderful! I would tell you who takes care of me but they might get over booked when I want to come..lol. You canāt go wrong here!
Years and years ago: This is a golden spot! If youāve never been, youāre not only paying too much for your massages but youāre playing yourself! Best 90 min massage ever!! Couples massages...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGlitches within the establishment January 2025 First time visit to this establishment - I booked two massage's - a reflexology and a deep tissue. My reflexology massage was done by Rebun and he was GREAT - taking time asking me "If I was ok" throughout the massage. He lightened up on applying pressure to certain areas when asked - which I was grateful for. When he worked on my foot - I asked him to apply extra pressure to release stress in my foot - and it was AMAZING! My room was warm and cozy along with the blankets. My disappointment came when my first massage was over and I was asked to wait in a small waiting space for my next massage. I was provided with a ROBE (WHICH WAS NOT FOR A WOMEN WITH CURVES), resulting in me running to the bathroom to change into my clothing attire. I was scheduled to have my massages back-to-back, and that did not happen. They pushed my time out 30 minutes (which was not working for me). After the staff realized the error they caused, with how they scheduled me, the manager spoke with me to remedy the error. In efforts for me to not feel rushed, I rescheduled my 2nd massage and was told that I would be provided with wine and cheese platter at my next visit. My recommendations for this establishment are: review the scheduling clearly before booking customers who request more than one massage on a visit. Provide robes for curvy women..... (XL or XXL) Offer snacks to customers...... I've been to many spa's and they all offer a pleather of snack items to customers (to include, water, wine, cheese boards and other snacks, etc) - surprised that I wasn't offered anything (outside of the error made by the establishment). Make the waiting area for customers going from one service to another, a more comfortable - friendly environment with better seating. Extend a courtesy call to clients the day before their appointments.
I am willing to give this spa one more try - as I know glitches happen..... I'm hopeful that my next experience will be better than my first. If not, I will be looking for a different SPA...

I booked a massage and a facial this time because I just knew that it would be just as great as my first experience. WELL I WAS WRONG⦠the esthetician that did my facial was 10mins late and during the facial it felt very rushed. She finished 20mins early even though I booked for an 1hr facial. I immediately went to the front desk just to double check how long they had me booked for and they confirmed it was supposed to be an hour. I told the receptionist that it was unacceptable and she said she would speak with the manager. After my massage I went back up to the receptionist to pay and waited for her to acknowledge the issue but she never did and was going to let me pay full price knowing that the esthetician did not give me my full time booked. I spoke up after I realized she was never going to mention the issue and asked if she spoke with the manager. She said she did and that they would only offer a free add on or $10 off. I said thats completely unacceptable! I spoke with the manager and she did comp the service but the issue is the fact that I expressed how the esthetician rushed my service and they even confirmed that it was rushed but then still tried to make me pay full service If I would have never spoke up! The receptionist was NEVER even going to mention the add on or $10 off to me until I said something. I will never visit this spa again because this experience put a bad taste in my mouth and actually ruined my birthday my service wasnāt relaxing at all and I was treated awful. Iām also an esthetician and I have NEVER rushed a clients service. She made sure she was on time for the white client she had after me though, and Iām pretty sure thatās why my service was rushed. My service gets rushed just so she can be on time for her white client....
