I ordered through DoorDash for pick up -my order was three bowls. I picked up the order and when I arrived home and unpacked our lunch, I notice there was something wrong with every bowl- from the sauce to extra ingredients to not the right ingredients- in our group we had dietary restrictions so this was a large issue.
We returned to the establishment within 10 min of picking up the order, we were the only customers in the store at the time of the event. When entering the store we explained the situation of all bowls being incorrect to the store Manager-they stated their name as Sin. Sin was extremely rude and extremely inconsiderate. Sin did not check our bowls before stating that we were wrong. After looking at our bowls after being in the store for at least 8 min, the store manager (Sin) continues to be extremely rude and blame everyone but the individuals who made the bowls. At the end of the situation I asked for a full refund - the manager never offered to remake our bowls correctly and the biggest disappointment is the store manager never apologized for the inconvenience. The only thing they did quickly and swiftly was contacting DoorDash for our refund. We live extremely close to this store and have previously visited the store multiple times with zero issues - after today we will never be customers again. Knowing the staff is as rude as they are, it is an automatic ZERO STARS for me. Zero attention to detail. Zero manners. Zero customer service. Zero customer satisfaction. Zero...
Read more7 Days later: I offer my apologies to this wonderful establishment. It has come to my attention that The Fiance pilfered some of my tempura shrimp, leading to the shortage referenced below. So no fear on skimpy portions, unless you have a thieving partner with no shame who waited a week to confess. Today's bowl is delightfully full and I was able to fully supervise it up on pickup to ensure all tempura remained safe.
Previous 2024: Absolutely love this place. Fiance and I go here at least once a week. The size of the bowls for the price are solid. The pics are the Aloha and Shipwreck regular size bowls. I think $14 or $15. I feel like dude making the bowls last time severely cheaped out on the protein on the Aloha bowl, but that's not normal for them. Every other time they've been heaping. Much better prices and quality than other nearby poke bowl places. They also have a varied boba selection of that's your thing, but I can't do...
Read moreGot dinner here tonight, food is usually decent even if the staff can be a bit rude sometimes. Got a three-protein bowl, one of which was the eel which needs to be heated up before being added. I paid for my food and the eel only finished and got added after. The cashier told me that they didn’t charge me for the eel and needed to add the cost (2 proteins + an extra scoop), which was going to be more expensive than my original order. I pointed this out and they refused to acknowledge the difference. Once they understood they still insisted I pay for the more expensive price. I told them I didn’t want to pay more than I was going to for a mistake that they made. They took the eel off and threw it into the trash. The entire interaction she was very rude to me and petty. Overall left a bad taste...
