I forgot all the wonderful names of everyone who was there today because I was so stunned by the kindness and customer service. Thank you to everyone there on a Sunday you are all so wonderful, as someone who works in the customer service industry, you truly have shown what it means to go above and beyond for customers. I pulled into the drive through at 3:15 past closing time, unaware that it was closed and there was a man closing the tables up outside, he came over and asked me immediately what I wanted even though you were closed and gave me the cold brew on the house. I have been a loyal Kawha customer for a few years, primarily the downtown location which is always wonderful and to see another location just as amazing, just so kind and wonderful. Truly awesome staff and great service and even greater coffee. You’ve never done me wrong Kahwa thank you to all of the staff. You’ve had my heart for a while and you’ll have it forever. 10/10...
Read moreThe manager dude was super nice. Seemed pretty chill, don't think the girls understood what I was saying. But service was good.
I purchased the flat white 4 shot and a hazelnut latte. ~$12 + $2 tip
The 4 shot has barely enough liquid in the cup to fill a shot glass the other 80%of the cup was foam and the hazelnut latte tasted literally like water with coffee in it. Not a whisper of hazelnut to be found. I thought I was being unfair in my judgement so I gave it to my wife who was a barista for years and she confirmed I was not wrong. I drank the latte first just sayin.
The place has a bunch of dogs out front and a van someone probably lives in so if that's your thing the place is good atmosphere.
TLDR; nice staff with van life "chill" type environment on a main highway in tampa with Coffee...

Today I stopped by the Dale Mabry location for the first time and was honestly shocked at how rude the girl at the window was. She rushed me through my order, didn’t greet me, then immediately asked if I wanted to leave a tip. As someone who used to work in the service industry, I always tip but, not when the service is this bad. When I said no, she scoffed, handed me my drink without a word, and slammed the window shut.
It was disrespectful and completely out of line. If that’s the energy this location is putting out, I won’t be coming back. Kahwa usually sets a higher standard, and this was seriously...
