To respond to your reply, I had no idea there was another incident last night. I don't know any employees at Greenlane personally. But Seems the behavior is repetitive considering your reply. And someone Is in denial of their poor and unprofessional behavior. I overheard 2 employees contemplating quitting due to the managers demeaning comments because they erred while in line behind them at a gas station last weekend. Seems they've only been training a few weeks as well. It's been eating at me since, as I'm in management at a large corporation and was disgusted to hear these employees say what's been said to them. No excuses, simply treat people right, Angie. Try an anonymous survey from your team, see what the responses are. Then show the owners. Survey monkey is great for anonymous surveys on their thoughts on management. Keeps employees from being targeted by managers that shouldn't be in management and let's owners see if management is unfit and maybe needs to be replaced. Unless you are entitled and family of an owner/investor and that's how you got the role. Again, do better.
Honest review. Wraps and salads are good. Wraps are heavy and salads are big. But I'm giving a low rating as I learned the employees are insulted and spoken down to if they error. By one specific manager, Angie. I won't be returning to patronage the business as no food is that good for me to condone poor management that mistreats employees. Angie needs anger management, management training or to be replaced. You can't create a solid team with good morale by being a disgustingly disrespectful and rude manager. You become a liability to the company as well as being hated by your team. Not a team at that point. We all make mistakes. Demeaning people for making mistakes, causes low self esteem, poor performance and can make employees feel worthless, and makes you look self righteous. If the owners are enabling this behavior, they are the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYa know⦠Iām a nice person. I work hard. Iām not some rich South Tampa mom or something. Iām kind. I get retail and food service or the grind. I see please and thank you and just take the food even if itās a little messed up and Iāve never had a place I go to often treat me so poorly so consistently
I stop here right before I drive an hour home to Clearwater. I usually havenāt eaten all day because of how busy my job is.
Some days I come here and the girls are nice. But two different men have been rude to me on multiple occasions
The younger guy working here just gives he hates women - everytime he is short, rude and demeaning
The guy today had his panties in a knot because I was early for an online - itās giving - you donāt know what customer service is, how your job actually works, you sell expensive food - you arenāt McDonaldās. How many times do yall (like today) mess up my simple chicken Cesar wrap and Iāve said nothing but youāre going to tell me what to do? Iām less mad at you then the younger guy but it was the last straw
Do yall have a manager ? Because either they suck at managing yall or a corporate person should check in here
I used to come here 2-3 days a week. I guess Iāll finally start making my own wraps. Sorry not sorry I hope a south Tampa mom goes off on yall everyday and you remember driving away a good person with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHoly smokes!!! I have literally been skipping lunch because of the lack of healthy options, AND yes, this place sells sugary sweet drinks, cookies and pretzel bread, simple, if you do not want that stuff, DO NOT ORDER IT. for those of you wondering, yes I tried them, the bread, lemonade and the sweet tea are BANGERS!! I have tried 5 of the different salads in wrap form, and let me tell you, they are huge, take it from a big guy, I couldnāt finish it all in one sitting. Every ingredient is fresh and tastes fresh. I live in Plant City and have taken time (30 minutes) out of my day to drive to this Gandy location because it is so good and I feel I am getting the BANG FOR MY BUCK. Hoping much success for this brand, so they can expand to the Brandon/Valrico/Riverview area. If the consistency remains, I will have no problem to continue giving them my business. If there is one suggestion, the person taking the orders needs to show some enthusiasm, there were others in there working smiling and having good time while they were prepping the food, the window clerk š. Oh, and when you pull up to the window, you can see the prep area, gotta love that. GreenLane, thatās a...
