Mobile order for coffee and oatmeal. Got my coffee and then waited 15 minutes for my oatmeal. At this point my flight is boarding. I try to ask about it but employees ignore me. Finally get them to talk to me and they say āwe donāt have lids. Do you still want it?ā I say yes at first because Iām hoping itās been cooking this whole time and isnāt super watery. They then hand me oats with water that was clearly just made. I canāt take this with me without a lid. I could have easily eaten it without a lid if I hadnāt had to wait 20 minutes for them to make it. They apparently were just going to hope I went away without my full order with no communication? At this point I had to RUN to my gate to not miss my flight. No food, no time to get anything else, no time to get water or go to the bathroom.
I could not believe this type of service at an airport, where people are typically going to be pressed for time. Thankfully, after about a 15 minute exchange with a customer service agent I was able to get a refund but I will never trust an airport Starbucks again....

With a 42 minute wait and plane boarding i asked several times about my order. The drinks were cold sitting on the counter, was told the oven would not cook all my items at the same time but people before me were getting their orders. Finally my order was ready and I asked about my cold cups I ordered. The lady doing food yelled in front of about 30 people and said it is in the barrel lady!!!!!! There were no cold cups and I ordered three. I said what do I do. She said call home office who cares!!!!!! WHAT!!! Then all the ladies were laughing and said stupid whitey!!! I have never in my life been racial I have 6 biracial kids. Everyone behind that counter again laughing!!! i expect a full refund and I will be writing a letter to home office along with a letter from my attorney! This is pathetic. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt like having to write negative reviews, but this Starbucks is absolutely abysmal. I waited in line for 30 minutes. It wasnāt a long line, but it certainly accumulated while I was waiting. At one point all three employees disappeared into the back room for 5 minutes. They were getting orders wrong left and right and when customers would kindly ask to have their drink corrected they would get such an attitude from the employees. On top of the 30 minute wait I also waited 15 minutes for a reheated sandwich and an iced coffee.
The app was not allowing me to mobile order either. Iām assuming this location shut it down because they couldnāt even deal with the normal IRL orders.
There was just zero sense of urgency from the employees. No sympathy for those in a rush to board flights either. Seriously just really bad. Donāt waste your time here; there are other equally subpar breakfast options in...
