Decorated nicely, road off the main hotel road.

The place is more of a drink and tapas place instead of a meal place. I think the prices are kind of high for it too. If they were cheaper and maybe some dishes were smaller it'd be more my style, but I ordered a few things recommended by the waitress and it was too much/heavy for me. The fried chicken, potato, and bread was very starch heavy. I would skip the potatoes if you order all this too.

Got the buttered mushrooms, fried chicken, potato bravas, shrimp al aljillo, and had some bread that was recommended to go with the shrimp. It's all very fresh, piping hot and cooked to order (kitchen is basically in the front so you watch them cook).

Maybe I was too impatient, but it all kind of tasted similar to me, very buttery. I also might have just burned the roof of my mouth with the hot butter and couldn't taste anything after.

Probably better if you drank alcohol with friends here and split the tapas, but I'm not much...

A must-try experience that you won't regret if you have a little extra money to spend on a dinner outing!

This is a place you come to experience the best of quality food here on Guam. A hidden gem that has been our top rated place to eat here for the past three years. The food is always made to order and fresh beyond belief. You will truly love this experience and the staff are always so kind and patient. The chefs are fabulous at what they do and will often take special orders given their product availability.

The price is steep if you wish to try multiple items but for the true food connoisseur, no dish leaves you disappointed.

If I can recommend a singular place to visit on Guam for a food tasting experience that transports you to a different world; this place is it. Come here for a date night before...

Surprisingly worth the price considering how simple most of the dishes are. However if you know anything about cooking, the chef here takes fine care of presentation, preparation and ingredients. Its a restaurant for those whom want smaller quality portions with a glass of Spanish wine. It also serves as a bit of a boutique grocery store for quality food goods. Such as Japanese Strawberries, Grapes, and other hard to attain fruits. I’ve yet to experience the dining experience here but I’m very much excited.

For lunch I had the Marlin and the Hamburger steak. Which was pretty damn good with a side of sautéed cabbage.

Might be a great spot for a...

A wonderful gem in the middle of Tumon! Fantastic tapas work a Japanese fusion tilt. My opening dish was a wonderfully delicate caprese. Served chilled, the tomato, mozzarella and basil were fresh, tender and tasty. Seasoned to enhance, not overpower. Maguro tartar was super tender and seasoned with punchy wasabi. The beef steak was some of the best I have had on island. Tender, flavorful I could have eaten 4 plates. Even something as simple as the pickles were delicious and served with care. Jason and the front of the house staff were attentive and smiling through it all. This is a MUST HAVE while on Guam. A new favorite.

Nice ambiance, is clean but just a little too small. The food is great! They have fresh produce and a separate fridge with different foods/desserts that the Chef can cook/prepare. The staff is awesome and friendly! And the sangria is pretty good. Unfortunately, the prices are pretty high, even for items that are imported... However, the food is worth it! Pretty authentic compared to the places in Spain where we have lived. The only reason is not 5 stars is the way the Jamon is cut. Too much fat-to-meat ratio for the price that you pay, even if it is all delicious.
