Here's my honest review: ✨Location✨ The restaurant was a little further down the strip but not a horrible location. ✨Price✨ I Love the churrasco experience and I actually go to restaurants like this all the time. This is the most amount of money I have ever paid for this experience including Fogo de Chao, Texas de Brazil and It was the most disappointing. The options were very limited. They only had like 10 options for meats and there were no sides brought to our table and the cold bar was half the size of what I'm used to experiencing. ✨Ambiance✨ there was nothing magical about the ambience. It honestly felt like buffet style seating. Not classy like you usually get. ✨Drinks✨ They were overpriced and not that strong. Not to mention that I had to literally chase down our waiters just to get the basics of water ✨Recommendation✨ Don't waste your money. This was by far one of the most disappointing experiences I had while I was here. I am a huge photographer and I didn't even bother taking pictures because this place was honestly just so unmemorable ✨Food✨ Like I said, not a lot of options in variety. Waiters weren't good at understanding the temperature differences. When I ask for medium rare I expect medium rare. Really just seemed like an amateur steak house. The highlight of the night was the pineapple.

Churrasco is a guilty little pleasure of mine. Every now and then I treat myself, even despite the costs, because the nonstop Rodizio meat buffet is simply sublime. And given how even filet mignon cuts are served generously, it’s absolutely worth it if you go in with a ravenous appetite. And don’t feel afraid of asking for a larger slice of meat off the stick; the staff have always been very accommodating to me. Currently it costs $68.20 for the Rodizio meat buffet, service charge included. Add in any drinks or desserts, and you could quickly end up with a $100+ tab. Only downside is the restaurant has a limited schedule due to being a buffet. They open only from 6pm-9:30pm Wednesday-Sunday, and while they’ve had a lunch buffet, it’s rather on-and-off again in terms of availability and with less meat options.

The food here was jus amazing. Make sure e you make reservations as it gets a bit busy. Do yourself a favor and mix balsamic vinegar with rock salt and dip your steak Italian style. The price was surprisingly not expensive, and the quality of the meat was well worth the price. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to serve at a moments notice. The choice of wine was acceptable, and went very well with the meat offerings. The choices of meats and the cuts were what would be expected at a Brazilian steakhouse, so rest, assured that you will not be disappointed. It is definitely worth a try if you’re visiting the island for vacation or business.

I've been to several Brazilian steak houses in the states so I was expecting a similar experience. What we got was horrible. Let's start with the good. The salad bar had a large fresh selection and if you're not into meat would be a good alternative. With the exception of some unrecognizable, charred beyond edibility piece of chicken, the few selections of meat we were able to get were good to excellent. Now for the bad, this place has problems. First I don't recommend this place to locals, Ill get into that later. If you are a local or vacationer and you must visit this place, you have to demand to sit next to the kitchen or just leave. We had the misfortune of sitting next to the bar. What that meant was all the guys bringing the different cuts of meat out would visit the tables closest to the kitchen and work their way to us. We only got the scraps the other tables didn't want. They offer 9 different beef selections on the menu we only sampled 3 different types. There are three selections of pork, we got to choose from NONE. There were four selections of chicken (I was looking forward to the bacon wrapped bits) and only had the charred chunks that my kids and the table next to us wouldn't eat. My beer glass sat empty for over 5 minutes, since I was next to the bar I finally got up and asked for a refill myself. After that glass, I gave up and filled my Asahi glass with water. After we had the same selection of beef come by for the second time (about 8 minutes after the first) I complained to the server and asked if I could speak with the manager. She went and spoke with a lady in the kitchen wearing plain clothes. A few minutes later, we got bombarded with meat, all the same three cuts we had been offered before. The plain clothes lady stopped by our table and offered us the pineapple. I asked her if she was the manager since she wouldnt introduce herself. I told her my concerns and she apologized. Oh yeah and for the locals; most of the servers were Filipino or at least speaking Filipino. My wife is also Filipino and sat the majority of the time listening in disgust as the staff made insults and vulgarities toward the customers, yeah the people responsible for their tip money and they talked about them like that. We were offended to say the least, especially being forced to tip 10% (10% service charge) for the horrid service and listening to insults. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated by any local. If you are local I would find another place, if you're not, I would still find another place. Renee the manager did comp our drinks and extended an offer if we visit again, which we won't. If you must visit like I mentioned you need to sit next to the kitchen or just eat...

Before I get started, I want to break down the two stars. I give the food and waiter service 4 stars. I give the host staff and the restaurant's vaccination policy no stars.

Normally if I don't agree with something, I'll just not go and mind my business, however I was in a group that wanted to go this place quite bad and I'm not going to flake on them for the sake of my personal feelings. That said, I do want to bring to light the asininely strict policy they have for COVID-19.

So, we're military and from out of town. This place is supposed to be awesome and so we all gather and head over. Get to the place and there isn't enough seats to sit us so we make reservations for the next night and come back. When we return, we are asked to present a proof of vaccination card (basically the military issues a little index card that shows vaccination status, and I've seen variations on the civilian side). We didn't have ours. However, we actively serve. In order to deploy, TDY etc. on the military's dime, we are required to be vaccinated. Also, people who refuse the vaccine are discharged from service at the current time (may change as supreme court weighs in on the legality of it all). So we pull our military ID's out. Showing we are actively serving should have been enough to prove we were vaccinated for the reasons typed out above. Nope, they were hardcore, only the vaccination card would suffice. They then pointed to a mile-long fine-print document that was laminated in their lobby that stated these requirements. That's fine and dandy, however I'm not there to read a fully typed out "terms and conditions" pamphlet like I'm downloading some new software.

To conclude, I will not return here as long as they have this policy. If I'm already required to be vaccinated to serve, showing my ID should be more than enough evidence. This business should use some deductive reasoning and critical thinking and understand that there are other ways to show proof of being vaccinated outside of walking the fence on...

Sunday brunch at Churrasco is definitely a refreshing option outside of all the hotel restaurants. The meat choices are adequate for lunch, but know that not all the meat cuts are available for lunch. I wish Churrasco kept the complimentary Pão de queijo. That was a nice treat. I'm not sure if the restaurant is limited in sides. What would also be great is having traditional Brazillian fried polenta. The bananas offered are okay, but it isn't traditional Brazillian fried bananas coated in cinnamon sugar. What they do well is offering traditional roasted pineapple, which is great for reserting your palate. What's an elegant touch that is appreciated is the live one-man jazz artist. I'm not sure what instrument he uses, but the music is very calming and soothing. There are complimentary juices that come with your meal, which is nice. The self-service salad bar offers a good selection of vegetarian options. The pastries are okay as they can be dried and stale. I didn't try the hot food dishes option, you won't miss it if you skip it. The staff are plentiful and very friendly. In the end, Churrasco is not at the level of Fogo de Chão, Chama Gaúcha, Rodizio Grill, Brasão Brazillian, or Texas de Brazil BUT they do provide enough meat cuts to make a trip out a pleasant one that only makes you want to come back, perhaps to try the offerings during their...
