We love the package they offer so we got 3 rooms we got for a birthday celebration. The room package for 4 came with the same day water park pass for 4 and the same day Circus tickets for 4, albeit a little catch - 2 adults and 2 kids ages 3-12 (and our group of 11 comprises of 4 adults, 6 teens and only one 8 year old) Im not sure why they limit the ages of kids to that range, you'll waste some of the tickets and have to buy more for the teens, kids under 3 are free. There is also 4 all-day passes for the water park the following day. Location is great, we even dined at their Seaside grille, perfect view of the ocean at sunset.

I would've rated the place a 5 Star but there were some tweaks that has to be done with some of their policies.

The Circus tickets, which they may not have control of, should be offered just like the water park in terms of age, just do away with that restriction altogether. After we checked in, I received in 3 envelops, 1 for each of the 3 rooo.s we got, and each containing our room keys,, towel cards,, 2 days of Waterpark passes for 4, and card for the Circus, which I assumed was good for a family of 4. I Laterfound out that the card is just a price list, and that I was supposed to check my email and print a qr code, call to reserve, still not clear how we are supposed to exchange for tickets. I asked if we could go the following day and was told it's only valid on the day of check in (which begs the question "why do we have to call to reserve if it's only good for the same day and they only have 1 show?") I went back to my email and it turns out that the lady that took my reservation failed to email me the other 2 Circus confirmations and so even if I know the steps, I never would've been able to print all 3 qr codes. When they realized, the same lady was nice enough to print the qr code for us, apologized and assisted us with reservation.

When I booked, I was advised that the hotel booking was nearly full and that our check in time would have to be delayed by an hour -- so I asked if they would give us a late check out and was given a no answer.

Check out, we turned in 8 out of 10 room keys and was told that if we don't find the other 2 keys, we will be charged $25 each. I asked the lady if they are seriously charging us $25 each for a magnetic key card that cost a dime a dozen and she was adamant about the charge. This was upsetting, especially knowing they have short comings with our group. I expected them to waive the ridiculous fee, but after the unpleasant encounter with front desk, I knew she wasn't gonna be accommodating so I authorized her to charge us and check us out. We found the keys with our towels and returned it late at night, we got the charges reversed. Iw order though, the tourist won't have the opportunity to drive back with their keys once they board their flights.

Over all, the package is still good and I highly recommend the Circus. I wish their management empower their employees to deal with situations as ours, maybe a little bit more training on customer service, their front line employees can make loyal customers with a little focus on serving us,...

The whole family had a fantastic time. Yep the hotel is old but the pools and water park are well maintained and they’re basically the star of the hotel. Kids have an amazing time at the water park. We had satisfactory meals at the hotel’s restaurants as well though we only got daily breakfast and went to the Japanese ramen restaurant on site for dinner one night. All round good.||Now the hotel is clearly old, but it looks like efforts have been made to maintain it. We got the cheapest room standard oceana A and it was comfortable, what matters the most the strong air conditioning and the soft beds - they get right. They also show attentiveness to the needs of guests. There is a drying rack for you to dry your clothes in every room, they know you’ll need it as a beach resort where almost all the guests would have spent time in the ocean or pool.||Why PIC is so popular among tourists, is that it caters to the needs to the guests and merrymaker in mind, thinking beforehand what the guests need.||On the last trip to Guam, I booked a hotel that’s cheaper but did not face the sea like PIC. We took a short walk across the road to the ocean to snorkel with our own snorkels and I laid out a picnic mat and one person had to guard the bags with our phones and we used the public facilities.||This time It was absolutely liberating at PIC this time everything is taken care of. We strolled from our hotel room to the beach after a heavy satisfying breakfast at Skylight and used the hotel’s deck chairs on the beach. We have the option of leaving our phones in the room and strolling to the beach from our room. There are also lockers available at the pool area. We ordered food at Sihecky’s shack while chilling at the pool all day. We can borrow life jackets, snorkel, water shoes, they even loan out sandcastle play kits to guests! That’s how thoughtful they are. You can literally just go on your vacation with only your swimsuit.||Staff are kind and friendly, and the lifeguards are very alert...

Fun mid-size resort for families, but the gold card “all-inclusive” program has a lot of limitations and exclusions. Here are some of the surprise limitations we discovered during our stay. 1. There is a limited set menu gold card members can order from, and it’s even more limited for the kids. My kids love sushi, so when we went to the Japanese restaurant they were so sad when we discovered gold card members had to order from a limited menu, and kids weren’t allowed to order sushi. It was this way at all of their restaurants. There’s the full menu, and then the limited menu gold card members are allowed to order from. Of course, they’ll remind you that you can always just spend more money. 2. You may visit their eateries a max of 3 times a day. So if you want to eat dinner, go for a swim, and then relax with coffee and dessert, you can’t. If you ate lunch early and the kids want a snack before dinner, you can’t. Of course, they’ll remind you that you can always just spend more money. 3. Wherever the kids order from, at least 1 adult must order from too. So if kids want to eat hotdogs and chips at the poolside restaurant while you and your spouse want to go to the ramen shop, you can’t. At least one of the adults will have to eat where the kids eat. Of course, they’ll remind you can always just spend more money. Our experience with the water park was positive, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend the Gold Card. It’s not a true all-inclusive experience, and in the end it made our stay confusing and inconvenient.
