Not impressed. Food was definitely edible, but ‘okay’ at best. Everything was very bland, dry, and flavorless from the tortilla chips to the fajitas but somehow still left me feeling over salted and thirsty AF later in the night lol. Service was incredibly fast, I’ll give them that and the fish taco a La cart was the best thing IMO (it was actually moist with a hint of flavor) on our $80 order. It’s not a ‘sit down and order’ place either. You order at a counter when you walk in. Some might know that already and might not mind. I however, was not expecting that when we walked in. And possibly the worst thing of all was…. No margaritas!!! They had a “wine based margarita, but no actual margaritas. So definitely don’t go there thirsty for some tequila, because you’ll leave still thirsty. Overall, edible food but disappointing for what I was hoping for. A step up from Taco Bell in quality but left much to be desired in every category. We definitely won’t...

Great service, plenty of seating and a great value for large portions! We ordered the beef fajitas, 2 kid pork burritos, a half beef burrito and beef enchiladas. The fajitas were tasty, however the meat was overcooked and a little dry. The portion was gigantic and could be shared, the flour tortillas were also good. The kid burritos were generous for a child portion, there was definitely some left over. Our oldest son who is 12 and can usually eat an adult portion was glad he got the half order. The beef enchiladas with red and green Chile were delicious and again generously portioned. We also enjoyed several roasted jalapenos from there salsa bar. The wife and I also enjoyed their house frozen rita, it was perfect in the covered seating outside. This place would have been a 5 if the fajitas meat would have been better. We will go back and encourage...

We took our 2 grandsons to Taos and stopped at the Guadalajara Grill for lunch. IT WAS GREAT. Greeted friendly, menu items were explained and we ordered. In no time at all, we had our drinks, and food was right behind. My shrimp cocktail was the best I have had in years. They left out the onions at my request as they made it fresh, not some leftover or pre-made mix! It was filled with perfect number of tasty shrimp to perfection. I met the owner when. asked for some boxes to take the ample servings of food home with us. Everything we ordered came out fresh and hot and met or exceeded expectations! I am not a spicy food person, but those in my family that ordered the green, red and both chili said it was great! We will be returning every-time...

Passing through Taos we to stopped for lunch here. We chose this restaurant because it offered Mexican food, was on our route and had a good size parking lot (we’re pulling a 21’ travel trailer). WOW!! What a great choice for a delicious & authentic meal. We had fajitas & carne asada - both so tasty & perfectly prepared. The accompaniments were fresh & delish too. You have to be sure to get a grilled jalapeño from the garnish selections. Low heat but High Flavor!! I had a horchata - best I’ve ever had!! Make this your stop for excellent Mexican. Counter service makes it fast.

The food here was delicious, and fairly reasonably priced for the serving sizes. I ordered the enchiladas, which weren't amazing but were good. My family all ordered different things which they liked - some had claimed the chicken tacos were the best they've ever had. The asada and shrimp was delicious, the chile Colorado was decent, and the tostadas were really good. Frozen margs were also pretty good, and reasonably priced. Ultimately I'm between a 4 and 5 on this, but given the general sentiment from my family I'll go with a 5. Either way, you can't go wrong.
