So "covid conscious" as another review put it, that they put my medically vulnerable father up front at the entrance day after day to deal with maskless people yelling at him, etc. And then when he contracted covid and died they were so "covid conscious" they didn't report it at all. And after he died, the people up front rotate again instead of being the same medically vulnerable person day after day. As a home owner that needed to fix a water leak on my mobile home asap I relied on the "experts" over at Ace. I was recommended a bunch of fitting and hoses that cost me $100+ dollars. After installation of these fittings they just kept on leaking! I tried to see if I could return them and was told no because they were used! Well yeah! How else am I going to see if they work properly? I land up going to a mobile dealer and got the correct parts for half the price. I won't shop anymore at Ace unless I absolutely have to.
