Customer service sucks !! This is not the first time I go to get help . Every single time I go in I get the same answer.. We can't help you here u have to go to the Verizon store in Santa Fe.. corporate doesn't allow us to download or help with that problem. Here is the number to call or go to a retail store. Before I have gone in for any problem, I have called for help nd I'm told this store can help . I go in and "Oh No we can't help you , did you call the number on your phone ? The employees don't know what to do they keep asking the manager , when she is busy with another customer. So ,guess what ?? You have to wait till she is done with that customer,, Really!!!?? R this girls there just for the hell of it or maybe they need to be trained on customer relations nd go to classes to know what they are doing?? Every time I go in they r sitting in the break room nd have to wait 15 to 20 min , or till another customer comes in ,, then 3 or 4 girls crawl out from the room. Read moreYesterday I took my old cracked phone and my new unlocked phone here to get the SIM card switched. The guy was able to swap the SIM for me. However, the tray broke and even though the phone worked I couldn't get the tray out again. I was told to take it to Electric Sheep computer store...like they were affiliated. At the computer store Gary fixed it easily, but called the store because they should've paid for the repair ($20). After 30 minutes on the phone he talked to the owner who said that they didn't break it and wouldn't pay. They should've replaced the sim tray but refused. So I'm stuck with a broken sim tray. Just throwing this out there so you know what you're dealing with. I'll make a complaint with Verizon Corporate next week. Is this how they want to be represented? Came to this location and went through a whole process, giving all my personal information to upgrade my phone with an employee and after spending and hour with him for the process he told me it won’t work. Couldn’t tell me why, just continued digging his hands in a bag of chips in between bites of a candy bar. He was unprofessional and unhelpful, so I left without a new phone. I called to make sure all my information was erased and that I won’t get billed for anything, but alas no return call and the bills started coming my way. I call a real Verizon number and they inform me a brand new phone has been purchased and activated under my name. No one at this shop will return my calls.
