T.J. Maxx — Local services in Tarpon Springs

I was trying on shoes and kicked off my coach flip flops only to find out that they were stolen when I tried to retrieve them. Two girls teens most likely, dressed very nicely were lingering around the isle near my husband and me. I followed them out of the store since they were the only ones near us when I could not find my flip flops. They were driving a big navy blue Lexus. We asked if they picked up my shoes by mistake. They showed me 2 bags and their contents but the other bags were not disclosed of their contents that were in the back seat.

The manager was so gracious and let me take a pair of New Balance flip flops off the rack to wear home. Nothing was done other than take my name down. I called to ask if the cameras could spot the culprits taking my shoes in hopes they stashed them somewhere in the store? This happened Tuesday, July 26, 2016, between 3 and 5 p.m. This was just the weirdest thing that could have happened to me? I loved those Coach flip flops...not just because I love Coach but they were the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! I am on my feet all day long being a teacher in the classroom. I hope Karma pays whomever took my shoes a visit. The manager Teri Olesh was very accommodating and helpful to me. I appreciate the shoes she gave me since it was about 105 degrees that afternoon.

Be Careful when trying on shoes. Always keep one of your original shoes on your feet in hopes they are NOT stolen!! What has this world...

Love this place for bargains on so many different items. Jailene took care of me today at the cash register, friendly and festive in her sparkly Santa hat. I only bought the fluffy HO HO HO lounge pants and springform cheesecake pan. But I wanted so much more. I was tempted by the flashing lights on the G.O.A.T. hat, and the fluffy Snoopy bathrobe. They have a HUGE selection of “ugly” Christmas sweaters and dresses. They have a bigger selection of gorgeous Christmas attire for day and night.

The store is brightly lit, and laid out well, with eye catching displays. The luggage section is larger, and I don’t remember the selection of sunglasses on the wall nearby. A friendly, attentive staff member is at the jewelry counter. Ditto at the dressing rooms. So much to choose from & people to help.

I only had 20 minutes, but I could have spent hours - and many more ...

The fitting room attendant working on thursday, january 4th at 2:30 middle to older age woman needs to seriously be fired. She obviously hates her job, she makes that very obvious, and she's extremely, incredibly rude. Like shocking rude and makes it extremely obvious that she absolutely hates her job. I ignored her horribleness because I'm not a person that treats others bad. I hope a manager sees this review and she either gets spoken to or fired. She deserves the latter. I should have got her name and complained while I was in the store but I happened to be in a hurry to get home. I dont expect to be treated like royalty by employees but I expect to not be treated like dirt, and this is what this woman does to customers. I don't usually leave reviews but I couldn't not share this, hoping a manager see's this....
