Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Tarpon Springs

I am usually a big fan of Chili's however tonight's experience was in a word horrid. The very beginning server entered my drink order wrong. When I asked the person who delivered it she complained in her headset..which I could easily hear, that she needed another because my server did not enter it correctly . Bartender fixed that then only on of my appetizers came out.. 15 mins later no sign of my server my entrees came out brought to me not by my server when I asked where my other appetizer was, person delivering said she was not my server and did not onow.1.5 mins later other appetizer is brought out like warm..You could tell that it had been left under heat lamp instead of just being fresh. By my actual server instead of apologizing she chose to blame everyone else and argue with me.Maybe 8 mins later while I was not eating my cold unappetizing appetizer..My server asked if entrees could be delivered at this point I was livid and said so she took my cold appetizer and went to manager and Manager came and started fixing things had my meals that were from point I sent them back remade fresh. Server came by again to argue with me and blame everyone else when an apology would have went a long way. I told her to have a nice day 3 times before she understood that I was done with her Manager brought my food which was hot and well made and a new server Tess. Who from that point was very attentive and apologetic for her coworker and the mistakes that had been made. I have never to this point not tipped any server even with bad service. But I did not tip my original server I did however give what would have been ..before manager took items off my ticket a 30% tip to Tess ..as it ended up she got a 20 for a 14.96 ticket. I don't know if my server was having a bad night or she just didn't think a single Mom and 7 yr old were worth her time and effortnor do I care you do not treat paying customers like that. If there was an option to give no stars it would definitely have negative five stars this was the worst experience at a Chili's I've ever had first we ordered chips and salsa that took 25 minutes to get to the table and at that time we ordered three shots three white teas, once they came to the table they were lemon drops so we sent them back and ordered three white teas, once again when they came back they were lemon drops. So we kind of gave up and said can you make us a green tea shot we'll take three of them, you'll never believe they brought us three lemon drops I don't know if any of you know there are no lemon in white or green teas. So we said don't worry about the drinks actually take them back take them off our bill we're done still waiting it's been an hour and a half for two salads and a plain Buffalo chicken salad not sure why it takes 2 hours but I said I would like to speak to the manager and Aaron came out and she was the rudest person I've ever came in contact with I told her about the horrible service and I told her that if she didn't count my food that she just take it and throw it away and that I was going to give her the worst review on Google because this was the worst experience ever so she grabs the food and she asked me if I know the phone number to call and complain and I said no honey I'm going to put this on Google so you cannot delete it.. for my own recommendation I would never go to Chili's in tarpon springs distance to New Port Richey or Port Richey it is so much better service.. I have never in my life been treated so badly and it's disgusting that these people are getting paid to treat...

We came for a late dinner last night( saturday) around 10pm. Lots of tables in the section we went through but was seated in between a huge family with kids and the kitchen. Waitress came and asked for drink order- she barely looked at us , looking across the room. We ordered chips and salsa with drinks. Drinks came no chips and salsa ever came. Then waitress came to take our order she was clearly focused on something across the room, distracted and blurted out " what do you want" it came across very harsh. Did not look at us at all. Since we by the kitchen she walked by us many times- no chips ever came My boyfriend asked for manager. When came told him please take chips.off bill we never got them and our food is coming soon. They took off. Now , i will say our waitress did come and ask if needed anything a lot, BUT- she was always focused somewhere else ,not looking at us as she asked. It was 10pm close to.end of night. But it was just not good service, like she asked if needed anything to check off her list, but no.eye contact and she clearly was distracted. I asked for bone in wings and got.boneless. i didnt even say anything, honestly i wanted to eat and leave I dont ever leave reviews! But how she came and said " what do you want?!" So harsh and never once looked at us is bad! I would have understood better if shensaid "sorry if im distracted something is going on over there" or something! But it felt like we were in her way. Very strange,never experienced this before. Most likely will not...
