The only reason I'm giving three stars is we love Domino's food. We had been going the Withamsville store for over a year (shout out Nicholas you rock) and had one bad pizza in that time ordering just about once a week. We moved to Bethel a couple months ago and since have cut back, electing for frozen pizza. If we've ordered ten times since moving, nine times its been bad. The last time we ordered, it took 25 minutes for them to get from the store on 125 to our house five blocks away (quite literally a two minute drive) the pizza was cold, none of our parm/pepper packets/sauces cups that i paid for are there, and it looked as if the whole order had been dropped. Last night we chose carry out. Took fifty minutes after ordering for two pizzas and cheesy bread. Shrug it off its dinner time they're busy. My mom goes to pick it up said there was two employee's standing around doing nothing, they aren't busy. My mom had to remind them to include things I paid extra for. She gets it home, I get it open; once again the entire order is so slopply thrown together it looks like it was dropped. None of the topping are spread out. I have one piece with 15 pieces of pinnapple and one piece of ham and another with five pieces of ham, sauce spilling over the side, no cheese on it and one pinnapple. The other pizza is EXTRA cheese and pepperoni and laughably clearly has LESS cheese on it than the other. Both were covered in air bubbles and looked like my three year old cut them with his saftey scissors. Then we get to my BACON JALAPENO CHEESEY bread that had ABSOLUTELY no cheese inside, three jalapenos and 5 bacon bits spread out inside it with a handful of cheese on top. Is absolutely one of my worst experiences with Dominos. Please get it together or bring...
Read moreOrdered from bethel last night (7-6-23) I did not get to eat any until today. I was the one that picked up the food. There were a lot of employees I recall 6 to 8. They was putting one order in oven mine was the only one on the rack so def not busy. So all I seen was people leaning over boxes and talking. It was very loud and conversations very unwork related! I just wanted to pay and leave. it felt like a hangout verses a job for them. My fiancé told me before work he didn’t eat any of the food. And he litterally didn’t. The parm bites had no parm at all hardly, I wanted a thin crust chicken bacon ranch pizza no tomatoes extra chicken. We got a hand tossed and on average each slice had 2 really big pieces of chicken?! So pizza was completely wrong. Extra chicken wasn’t even on receipt. (At least I didn’t pay for it) but she never even rang it in even though she repeated it back to me over the phone. I got a buffalo steak hoagie I ordered no onions and extra cheese. When I tell you I tasted no cheese I literally didn’t taste any. I seen the tiniest amount that appeared to all be on the foil and not my sandwich. I hate doing this type of review but sometimes it’s the steps that need to be taken to make things right. I paid almost 40 bucks for an order that was made almost 100% wrong and my fiancé threw in the trash out of anger for...
Read more10/08/21 visit. Ordered on a 3 topping for 7.99 coupon. Sausage, black olives and banana peppers. And well done, normal cheese. (Picture of whole pizza) It had a passable amount of sausage but the total pieces of black olive was as near as I could count, 12. And as few banana peppers an they could get by with. Also just a hint of cheese. And if that wasn't bad enough, the crust wasn't done inside but burnt on the edges. This was by far the worst pizza I've ever bought. Anywhere. I ended up picking what toppings there were off and eating them but pitched the rest of it. This was my absolute last visit to this Dominos. Papa John's is my next try. This doesn't take anything away from the excellent pizza (The first picture. Pizza with some pieces missing ) I got a few weeks ago that a worker named Tyler made. But that's one out of 25 that was good. The rest were...
