Years ago, Burger King had a jingle that included the line, āā¦special orders donāt upset us.ā Not so, at this location.
On 9/15/2025, we went through the drive thru, about ten or fifteen minutes before close.
My wife ordered an Impossible burger, well done; add mustard. We also ordered fries, crispy.
When we got to the window, my wife asked the young man at the window to check that the burger was well-done, and fries crispy. His reply was, āYes, and they just put the fries downā. About ten seconds later (no exaggeration), he handed us our food. As you would think, the fries were not done as requested. My wife asked him for crispy fries.
Immediately, an angry young lady came to the window, āwe made it like you ordered!ā. āThe fries are not crispy. He said you just ādroppedā someā, we told her. āMove up there. Iāll bring you someā, she said, clearly annoyed that we didnāt take the food and go.
We pulled forward to wait. My wife checked her burger. It was cold, and the condiments looked as if the burger had been pre-made and sat for awhile. There was just a trace of mustard in the cracks of the cold meat, as you would see after trying to remove a topping mistakenly applied.
When the young lady came out with the fries, I met her at the door and asked her to remake the burger. She did not hide her anger.
When she came back out, my wife asked her name. āI donāt have to give you my nameā. My wife said she was not pleased with the way this young lady was conducting herself, and that her attitude was not appreciated. The young lady then yelled at us, āI donāt like your attitude! Itās because of you pāā (she cut herself off)ā. She went back inside.
The fries were the same, but re-dipped in the oil. The burger wasnāt a new one, and was not made as requested.
Iām guessing, this angry young lady was the shift manager. Either that, or the shift manager was not present.
If I were her supervisor, this wouldāve been the young ladyās last day on the job.
I would hope this poor quality work, and hostility toward customers is not seen during the day as well.
I do not recommend the Taylor Burger King, in the evening, until they can...

Upon entering the restaurant Manager yecena Norma and the cashier Jesus were very rude, and refused to let us refill the drink we had just purchased from that Burger King a few minutes before. When I went to eat my cheeseburger it had a hair in it, none of the employees were wearing hair nets and some had their hair down. I went up to the counter and asked for a replacement and first the cashier said they needed the receipt to prove I bought it, well he rang it up for me, he took the money from me, not even 10 minutes before that and there was only one other family in the restaurant and they didnāt give me a receipt to start with so I asked the cashier Jesus to print one from the computer when he did it he printed the wrong one and we had to wait another 5 minutes to get the correct one from the manager yecena and even then the manager would not replace the burger accusing us of having put the hair in the burger to get one for free SO when we finished eating the nuggets they also refused to give the free ice cream cone they had signs for everywhere that said free cone with any purchase. All around bad customer service skills. Worst service ever!!!! Next time Iāll just go to McDonaldās. Burger King itself is not bad, but this location in Taylor definitely needs new management and employees. You can facelift the building with remodeling all you want but if the customer service is bad, people arenāt going to want to...

The chicken sandwich was overcooked. The chicken fries were hard and stale.
