I am a very "normal" person regardless of my age {50} or my gender {male}, or even and definitely regardless of what race I am {white}... I am from out of town but doing some work in the area.. without driving my car for 2 blocks just to get a couple cups of ice.. to be paid for not asked for... I chose to walk to the store for said ice and arrived {on foot} at 10Pm .. and by the time the car that was in the drive thru pulled away it was 10:03pm.. granted I didn't get there before the 10 o'clock closing time to an order placed before hand. So, I would have accepted if I had been told. Nope too late. .. too bad so sad.. sorry. .. any number of things. Even the possibility that I was told . "2 cups of ice.. no problem that will be $$ paid boom bam got my Ice walked away and had a cool drink... Any and all was acceptable... But what wasn't acceptable to be ignored.. not acknowledged I. The least. Not the tiniest smidge of a glance from not one employee.. had CC I. Hand and show.. like. I have money. I want ice please.. but no.. nothing. And even as an employee came to the window and continued to ignore me, I tried asking him if he was closed at least tell me, so I'm not standing here looking like a fool . And nothing. .. not a nod, wave, gesture, or hell look my way, Never have I been so offended, in my entire life, and 50 years is a long time. You should be ashamed of the representation displayed by your employees tonight, everyone deserves to be treated with a little respect, dignity and hell kindness, since it is customer service. Read moreHad ordered a two piece chicken with french fries and a sweet tea and also a set of chicken livers with a roll and dipping sauce. Got my order got all the way home open my food up so I can eat my lunch and realize they gave me macaroni and cheese and not my french fries. my receipt is literally right here with the picture. Call the manager talk to the manager wanted me to bring the whole box of food all the way back so they can remake the order instead of them refund the french fries. As I explain to him I worked at 24 hour shift. I was home on a break and then I had to go back to work later tonight all the way in Austin And I was tired and I wanted to eat my lunch and take a nap. Policy for this company sucks I even offered to take a picture which you see right here if you pop it up, you’ll see the french fries on the receipt but yet there is macaroni and cheese in my box. Read moreWent in the evening of June 26th around 9 o'clock, I ordered a 4 piece tenders half-and-half. My wife ordered a 12 piece liver my 2 spicy Tenders were a little bit bigger than the size of a McDonald's chicken nugget. And my wife's liver were in 3 big clumps. All balled together half of them were raw. The sad thing is that a female manager with a red polo shirt on is the one who put the food in the box. Then we spoke to the manager about it and all he had to say was. "I'm sorry to hear that. Thank you for bringing that to my attention." Management at this place is a joke.
