I’m a resident and this establishment is my go to 75% of the time so today my momma decided to buy us some jack and the first thing when we were ordering poor communication skills the dude at the window taking orders second mom paid with 100$ and the dude since they have no name tags he short changed her when my mother addressed the change he said OK! and hand her the rest like not even saying sorry or anything then he asked us to pull up to the other door to wait for our other half of our Order as we are waiting I’m looking through our order and there’s a hair in the burger I get off and address it calmly we exchanged the burger from the other half of my order and the the dude told RICHARD the cook hey there’s a hair on the burger Richard said OKAY WITH A GRUNT I’m waiting for the patatoe wedges and the burger and when Richard finished the burger he proceeded to say HERES THE BURGER WITH NO HAIR. Like RICHARD and the other dude at the window if you don’t like your job move along and let someone else take your jobs mind ya this is not the first time jack messes my order wrong I’ve purchased jalapeño wraps before and got no jalapeños in them MANAGEMENT THIS IS FOR YOU PLEASE PUT AN A/C that’s probably why your staff is so mad AlSO have your staff clean and mop every time a customer exits the store MIND YA WE ARE PAYING SO MUCH FOR 1...

I LOVE Jack in the Box Oreo shakes I have tried getting a shake from this location at least ONCE A WEEK FOR A YEAR NOW, only to be told "come back next week the machine is broken". So I go last night to order food and saw a note taped to the menu that said " Shakes are Back"! So I order one just to be told AGAIN "our machine is broken"! I left the complete order and went across the street to BURGER KING and got a shake AND food with much better customer service. This is ridiculous, Taylor is the only location that takes forever to get your food out, employees attitude suck & if they NEVER have shakes, why are they on the menu? At the time we were the only customer in the drive through. order two sourdough burgers and spicy chicken sandwich.. no tomatoes on the burgers and cheese on the chicken sandwich.. waited approximately 23 minutes and all three sandwiches were prepared wrong tomatoes and no cheese... went back for the cheese.. went inside told the young manager. They through the sandwich in trash to fix another one. waited 8 mins only to find out they forgot to fry the chicken.. when I requested a refund I was told I don't think we can give refunds... waited approximately 3-4 mins food came up... horrible young staff slow... food hot and fresh... service, customer...
