I ate at this place one time and had the worst experience, I ordered a pizza and 2 litter Pepsi to be delivered, first off, the cashier was very ride and rushing me as she was taking my order, she didn’t even ask for card number to take the payment, I called back to provide my card number since she was so in a rush, when my food was delivered the delivery driver called my phone to say his manager stated they did morning get a payment from me, so I called back to provide my card number as a good citizen, my card was charged twice I informed the cashier that I already gave my card number she responded “well I don’t have ticket for it so” very snotty and inconsiderate. When I noticed my card was charged twice I called back and the cashier literally stopped answering the phone! I called 5 times no answer because they obviously have caller ID and she knew who was calling. So I called back today to speak to a manger regarding this he was also very irate and inconsiderate to my situation, he rushed me off the phone to tell me he has to look in the system to see if I was charged twice! It’s like do I have to come up there to show you my mobile banking! Why would I lie, and I don’t have time to wait on my money that I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. Don’t buy food from this specific location if you like good customer service, and legit charges on your credit card, definitely considering...

I have ordered from this Happy's many times before. Unfortunately last night I ordered a rib tip dinner I only ate about three or four rib tips. And I was full. Unfortunately when I woke up at about 7:00 this morning I've been throwing up all day it's currently 8:00 at night and I'm trying to get down to Gatorade, some tea and some soup juice. I'm in bad shape right now. I called I spoke to a young lady she said it was nothing she could do for me that I will have to call and talk to the owner in the morning. I spent about 50 bucks maybe no no I take that back I spent about 70 bucks last night The only thing that wasn't on par was those rib tips because everybody who ate the fish and the fries were fine I'm the only one who consumed the barbecue rib tips. I'm feeling real bad right now and I haven't been to work today and I may not go tomorrow. I can't hold anything down. Again it's 8:08 p.m. Tuesday night January 7th have a blessed day.. update spoke to the manager today he said he hasn't had any complaints about the rib tips took no ownership of the issue. I would think twice before patronizing this...

Fried chicken is excellent. Pizza is decent enough I suppose, but do NOT, and I repeat do NOT order the half roasted chicken. The first one they brought me was not only dry as a bone, but was also burnt to a crisp. Then, they offered to remake it, and the second one, while not burned, was still dryer than the Sahara Desert on the inside. I had to take a swig of pop with every bite just to be able to swallow the white meat. Even the dark meat was on the dry side, and that's really hard to do without massively overcooking a chicken. I'm forced to believe that this is just the way they make their roast chicken.

That being said, I'm willing to give it three stars, because the fried chicken is just so damn good. It reminds me of Jets chicken back when Jets used to make chicken, and Jets made the best fried chicken ever back in the old days. The quality of the pizza didn't move the needle up or down.
