Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Taylor

People are rude and very slow and they do not listen or they just do not care if they get an order wrong. They can never get a cup of coffee right, I always ask for a splash of milk on the dark side and its always cream and light and cold and if they do get it right it taste old and burnt. For bagels you tell them a little cream cheese and they give you extra to where you can't even eat the bagel so it has been a waste of money. There is like one person who is respectful and listens to what you say on the order. It also shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. When you have a line during a rush hour in the morning there should be more than two people on the front register.. You see everyone walking around just looking and they never help the one taking care of the long line. I have seen several people walk out and I have too. The place is filthy, I went there for two weeks just to see if a few things would be cleaned and still they have not cleaned those areas and that is just disgusting,. My husband and I go to Tim Hortons faithfully sometimes 4 times a day. We live out on Eureka and Telegraph and travel all the way to the Taylor Tim Horton's on Van Born which is a 15 minute drive just to get a good cup of coffee and a bagel. I should not have to do that. I called corporate and am waiting on a response. I have sent them pictures of the dirty conditions and will send them video if they need me too. Would give zero stars if I could. The owner of this Tim Hortons is becoming so unprofessional. He is the owner of a few and they are constantly closing different times every day. I should not have to run all over this city to another closed Tim Hortons. I get you are short staffed but instead of having 10 people in the morning how about you spread them out through different shifts and if they can't work the shift you need that is to bad. This person obviously does not know how to run a business. What ever happened to the owner working at their business. Seriously finding a new coffee spot as much as I come and spend daily and half the time I waste money because it is not made properly it is jist overall annoying. Not just me saying this either. Yall need to seriously get it togeyher. How about set certain times even if you close early and update them on google. So tired of wasting time and mo ey with this owners locations. This store was doing so well during the spring and half of the summer but since that manager left it has went down hill once again. They always run out of things, they have ran out of sugar, cream, straws even drink carriers and when they do have drink carriers they are super flimsy not like the other Tim Horton stores. There are several in my area and it is always this location that is always out of things esp food. I shouldn't have to always run to a different location and it is the worst when the lines are long to finally get to the speaker and they are put of what you want. Time to start going to a different location though as much as I do not want to because the workers are amazing. I get stores run out of certain things at times but this is an all the time thing. You literally are in a busy area you should not be running out of certain things especially before noon.
