A new year has came and still no repaired PS5 from I Fix Taylor LLC I have received alot of "Smoke and Mirrors".
I Fix Taylor LLC received the following from me:
A PS5 drop off 12.18.2024 that needed to be repaired before 12.25.2024.
ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS AND SEVENTY NINE CENTS ($172.79)
After, the last post I follow up on that Friday 12.27.2024 with the PS5 and Valentina explain they will fix it, but will call me if another issue is found they will have to charge me more. (I DID NOT LIKE THAT, BUT I ACCEPTED THAT CONSQUENCE. I JUST WANTED THE PS5 FIX)
No follow up call was made to me, so I called on 1.2.2025 to check status. I FIX IT Taylor LLC employee answer phone and relayed a message that PS5 will be ready Friday after 5 PM. I ask will I be charge more? I was told no. ( I was relieved)
I called Friday 3.2025 after 5 and spoke to Valentina and she told me the part for the PS5 just arrive and now the technician can start repair and she will call me when it's done.
I was confused, but I stated ok.
Today, Valentina called me and lefth message for an update on the PS5. We played phone tag for a few hours.
When we finally spoke Valentina informed me that the PS5 can not be fix, but she can give do me "a favor" and give me a new PS5. (I'm aware it wasn't going to be new, but her words.)
I told Valentina a game is still in the PS5 Madden 2024 and I'm not sure how the game work, but I know my children have bought games on the PS5 and I don't want to lose them. I'll have to check with my family because I do not know how that work.
I called back and told her we want the new PS5 and if we can get the game out our original PS5. She informed she have to check with the tech and will call me back.
Hours go by.....I called to check status and she said the original game is in Grand Rapids, but I can pick up the new PS5.
I arrive Valentina proceeded to pack a dirty and damage PS5 cover in my original box. (My box was rip on the side from ME, but my original PS5 had nothing but finger prints on the black shiny part of the PS5 cover). No, policy practices was taken place. Just her stating that the tech turn on the one she gave us two times and it works. ( AT THAT MOMENT I WAS DONE) I walk out the store and told my husband to tell them to just give us our unfixable PS5 back.
Valentina told my husband on Monday 1.6.24 she can swap the cover off my original PS5 and put it on the working PS5 that have the dirty and damage PS5 cover, on a condition with their policy.
The condition was if I sign a 8.5× 11 paper stating my name that I remove my review.
My husband said no at this point we just want our original PS5 back.

The above statement is my authentic experience.
The fact of the matter is I paid $172.79 and have nothing, but now on Saturday 1.4.2025 a statement that my original PS5 that is now unfixable will be ready, for pick up on Monday 1.6.2025.
(In this day and age $172.79 is equivalent to 7 whole items at the grocery store)
As, I told Junior Deponio stop lying to customers.
It's a poor business practice that result into poor reviews that equals a loss of business.
Honesty is the best practice.

Read moreI took my I-phone into "I Fix Taylor" to have the cracked screen repaired because this store offers Apple Certified Repairs. Valentina, the employee at the store stated MANY times that she was Apple Certified and that they use nothing but high quality, Apple Certified parts(screens) therefore, I felt comfortable with her ability to repair my screen. I left the phone there as requested and returned approx. 45 minutes later to get my phone. Valentina charged me $250.00 for the repair. After leaving the store (about 5 minutes later) I returned because the screen was malfunctioning, the colors not right and some areas of the screen not responsive. Valentina stated that it’s just a color adjustment within the phone and that it would be a bit different because the new screen is not an authentic Apple product but a very high quality product, she stated that we should just make the adjustment and it would be fine. Valentina also stated that I had 15 days to bring the phone back if not working in that time frame. For the next two days the phone steadily got worse to the point that the screen went black and the phone no longer functional. I took the phone back to the store as soon as possible, total of three days. When I arrived to the store and told Valentina what was happening she immediately accused me of breaking the inner screen, she got extremely hostile and began screaming at me while not wearing a mask and spitting in my face. This continued for approx. 15 minutes until the other employee (Al) pulled me aside to offer help. Al took me over to the other side of the store to assist me with the problem and called/text the owner/manager (JR) Valentina followed and continued to scream at me and harass me. The treatment I received by Valentina was so bad I videotaped her and her actions. At that point all I needed was an owner/management contact so that I could leave and diffuse the hostile situation. Al gave me a contact name and number and I left with NO resolve. After getting in my car, I called JR, he apologized and ask me to come back on Monday, another 2 days without my phone. On Monday I went back to the store, JR arrived 15 minutes after my arrival and again apologized stating that Valentina was Apple Certified and usually very good with repairs. JR then gave the phone to Al to again, replace the screen. After returning home I noticed discolored spots appearing on the phone and the screen became non-responsive in areas once again. I then tried to call Al at the store, he wasn't there, I then called JR on his cell phone three times, he did not answer, I left a message and I have not heard back...
Read moreFirst thing as a customer I'm going to take accountability of trusting the PS5 that was drop off (December 18, 2024) at iFix Taylor is going to work after I paid for service on December 24, 2024 without confirmation.
Christmas Day plug in PS5 nothing the children was disappointed.
I Look at receipt and notice a policy that did not take place at all nor mention.
Please note the following details:
A call was made to find out how much a power surge repair on a PS5. ( iFix Taylor LLC employee stated $120)
*The PS5 was drop off with console plug and original box.
I was told I have to pay a $35 deposit and that deposit will be deducted from bill. ( I was happy)
I had to write my name, number, and the cost amount in a note book. ( RED FLAG I MISSED)
I was given a debit receipt that stated nothing, but the amount and left. (RED FLAG I MISSED)
Yesterday (December 24, 2024) I called iFix Taylor to check status and was told it's ready. ( I was still happy)
*Arrived to iFix Taylor a different amount was ask of me and I was told I didn't pay a deposit I paid a diagnostic fee.
(Now I'm baffle that it's getting implied that I do not know what a deposit or diagnostic fee is by Junior Deponio)
After a back in forwards of explanation of what I was originally told I paid the extra amount to iFix Taylor.
*Junior Deponio handed me the PS5 no cord and no box. ( I informed them I had a box and a cord.)
Sam (the rep) went in the back and bought out a Amazon box and still no cord.
Finally the original box, PS5, and cord was given to me.
Junior Depanio said "he was the manger, but I need to talk to "Tyrone Williams" on Friday 12.27.2024.
Now 12.24.2024 I was given a detail receipt. for the deposit I paid $35, but the receipt says $33.02 for repair and $0.00 for diagnosing fee. I also was given another receipt for repair price $129.99 $0.00 for diagnosing fee.
When I leaving I was disappointed of the blatant lies and told JR this establishment has poor best practices and they need to do better .
I was distracted of the price change that I did not even think to check to see if the PS5 works.
I pray when I return to iFix Taylor, they take advantage of another opportunity to do the righteous thing instead of the corrupt practices that has been displayed.
My total price should have been $127.20 = $120 + tax instead I was charge in total $172.79.
I'm owed $45.59 and a repaired PS5.
