Taco Bell — Restaurant in Taylor

March 29th 2019 I visited this restaurant, I haven't eaten here and well over a year and a half and it's still the same as always. I ordered soft tacos with bean burritos and both were grotesque. The bean burritos tasted just like onions it was pretty gross in sloppy. The soft shell tacos (which I mention to the cashier that I wanted them to be Supreme which they were not and I only realized that when I get home which is about 6 minutes away) were also sloppy. The cheese was pretty much spilling out instead of placed into the taco the meat had so much juice in it it made my tortilla very soggy. By the time I got home washed my hands and sat down to eat my tacos were already cold! From restaurant to table was about 10 minutes. I think next time I'll just go to a real authentic Mexican restaurant instead of something American made cheaply!

Taco Bell as a whole has declined in quality. This location is terrible. The burrito Supreme meal comes with a Supreme taco I asked to make sure when I ordered, I also ordered another taco Supreme for a total cost over ten dollars for three items and a drink. (The freeze drink has shrunk to about 6 ounces for a regular size.) Neither taco was made Supreme. I tempted fate again a couple days later for a crunch wrap Supreme meal which all the filings were put on one side with the rest just... empty and the filling that was put on one side wasn't enough to cover the entire wrap. Taco bell used to be my favorite fast food when you could get gorditas sub for Chulupas. Chulupas are nasty greasy deep fried gorditas. Not sure what the problem is with...

Went a week ago and waited for over 10 min. behind the car waiting by the speaker. I called Taco Bell. No answer and no way of leaving a message. Finally I yelled out my window to the young woman in the car in front of me and I said they must be closed? We both pulled up and read a sign on the drive thru window..... Sorry closed due to maintenance issues! I don't understand why they couldn't post a sign in the front window, side window or on the speaker???? The two vehicles behind me stayed with the first one by the speaker. Sure bet they weren't happy when they figured out the place was closed! Very inconsiderate of the employees working at the time this happened! I'll drive an extra mile and go to Flat Rock next time I...
