In this day good customer service is hard to come by on a consistent basis. Derian (I hope that is his correct name) did an excellent job above and beyond the resistance even my service provider was giving me over the phone as I sought to get a replacement for my damaged phone. Fast-forward to present day, my colleague damaged his phone and inquired where to go to get it repaired. Naturally, it would make sense to offer the recommendation of uBreakiFix...but as I have learned as a consumer "good today, gone tomorrow" is the standard of good service these days. Whatever the case, I referred him to uBreakiFix and Derian exceeded expectations yet again! Working in the people business of customer service with regard to repair service specifically for over 10 years, I feel the exceptional experience isn't spoken too enough. Catering to customers in their of time of need requires a unique exchange which require skill of your craft as well as a skillset of dealing with and understanding people. People take no issue with writing and reading paragraph-long reviews about horrible service without regard to their validity. Which is why found it paramount to leave this review. Great job Derian, please keep up the good work. Know that your work ethic is for you and will only make you more marketable and valuable. In this age of big business, you will hardly be recognized as you properly should. I only hope uBreakiFix knows it is employees like yourself that keep the money coming in. I am certain they appreciate all you do there…it is my hope they also value as well and funnel a little more $$$ your way as reciprocity for your talent and service. Advertised Nintendo switch repair online, took my son's switch lite in for repair on the charge port, it was there for 4 days. I was called and told the repair has been don't but the device still isn't working. I pickup the switch, don't get charged which was nice. But upon inspection of my device the charger port hadn't been replaced, in fact it was in much worse condition that when I dropped it off. To my eyes they took a spudger tried to realign the pins on the charge port and snapped it. I know alot about electronics the only reason I cannot do the repair myself is because I'm missing the tools needed. Was told they would replace the port and they didn't, I already tested the battery and and did some basic testing on the motherboard, no shorts were found with the charging circuit. I will not return or recommend this place. If they don't have the tools or skills for the repair don't take the repair on. As you can see in the picture the plastic middle piece that holds the pins is clearly bent now it was straight and centered in the port when I dropped it off. And all the shiny copper bits are part of the pins that peeled off the connector from someone jamming something inside it. Very...

Went in to have my phone screen replaced. Note that the phone worked fine just had a cracked screen... was told 2 to 3 hrs to replace, apon returning to pick up phone I was handed a now broken phone that would not turn on and was told I'll need to replace it. Costed me ~$800 dollars to pay off the now broken phone to get a new phone from AT&T. I then returned to have them transfer apps from the phone they broke to my new phone. 4 other customers came in with several different problems not one of them had there problem resolved by this store. Will not recommend this store to anyone! (By the way was offered no compensation in any way, dude laughed about the whole situation.) 2 hours later sitting on the phone with asurion customer service and they have been on hold with this ubreakifix store for 20 plus minutes?
