Absolutely terrible service I would vote no stars if I had the option. A couple days ago my father and I ordered some food from this place. As avid customers who constantly pay our money to support this place I was absolutely disgusted by how the manager treated us. We ordered food To be delivered to our house only for the driver to show up with the wrong order. I did my part and called Happy’s back and a lady answered the phone she directed me to the manger in which he said he would have to order corrected and sent back out to us. Mind you we payed 50 dollars for the food so of course we were hungry and annoyed our food was wrong but we didn’t think much of it.Than the delivery driver came back a couple minutes later saying he would get our correct food and he was very apologetic but than he asked for the food he gave us back!. First off all we are in the middle of a pandemic so why would you take food that has already been in someone’s house and touched? Were you planning on giving it to someone else?? .Maybe the people the lady told me called a couple minutes before I did to complain that their order was wrong?? Hmmm interesting. Anyways we are waiting and 45 minutes pass by still no food so I called the lady back because we were going to pick it up ourselves at this point and she told me the driver was on his way. So we waited and waited another 45 minutes pass by and STILL NO DRIVER so we called back and my dad was annoyed by this point. We had people over AND he payed his money to a driver and they hadn’t even given us our food so my dad decided to call back AGAIN. Only for the manager to over talk him as soon as my dad mentioned getting his money back and he kept saying the driver was on his way so we waited another 30 MINUTES AND OF COURSE NO DRIVER. We are Beyond angry at this point so my dad goes to the store only for the MANGER! to threaten to call the police on him and tell him he can only get 10 dollars back of 50 dollars. Talk down to him and insult him and flat out refuse to be of any help.Even the driver was there when my dad got there and said it wasn’t our fault it was his but the manger flat out refused to give my dad his money back or offer to help the situation by giving us a credit or something 50 dollars isn’t cheap!.And he refused to really apologize for a mix up that they created! . And the crazy part is they managed to fix the other peoples food who they messed up I’m not saying it was a race issue BUT the way it came off to us that’s what it looks like. I will NEVER DROP ANOTHER DIME INTO THIS PLACE I HOPE HAPPYS GETS THIER EMPLOYEES NEW TRAINING ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND I HOPE THEY DEAL WITH THE RUDE MANAGER .save your money and go to another place...
Read morePlaced an order last night on 12/9 and never received it. By the time we should have got it the store would have been closed because it was hour delivery per order taker and it was a later order. It never came. Called today after work to find out what happened and at first was told it was delivered. It wasn't. I know I waited for it. Then with a little more investigation I was told the order was taken but never sent to the kitchen. So they made it and when it was finally received the order it wasn't correct. Had bone in wings instead of boneless and the burger was supposed to be plain just cheese and it had onion on it. Called and was told they would replace it and when the driver came they wanted money for the order. The driver then called the store and we were told manager was coming. I called the store to speak to the manager II originally spoke with tonight and was told he left for the night. Once the different manager came they never spoke with me and just took off called the store again was placed on hold then hung up on. So in the end we never received the food we actually ordered again! We usually order from Happy's on a regular basis and have never had any of these issues. Read moreI’ve frequented this location for many years now as a local, and the recent treatment has been absolutely appalling. This charred disaster is what they tried to serve my family. What was supposed to be a cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp and sent out. Unacceptable. Trying to reason and find a solution, a call was placed to the store to try to figure out a solution as this “burger” is not edible. That orangey goop was supposed to be cheese. The entire burger, top and bottom buns, cheese, the patty itself, all blackened and hard. My family was treated like garbage and rather than respectfully come to a solution with the store, they insisted on arguing and asking us to “hold the burger up to the phone “ so they could hear it. How do you hear a burger?? Childish and ridiculous staff with disrespectful potty mouths that have no respect or integrity for the company they work for. Rude and uncooperative and refusing to refund or replace. Completely lost a big family of customers due to these actions. Unbelievable.
