Vintique Mall — Local services in Taylor

Now this is a good antique mall. It is very spacious and they have everything including vintage glass, kitschy, MCM, war, furniture, lamps, wall decor, etc. You won't just find farmhouse vintage decor either. I've purchased a few items from the booths and most of the vendors sell on other social media platforms as well.

I initially visited when a Houston vintage dealer was hosting an Instagram Live and I went to verify if Vinitique was as bomb as she mentioned it was. She did not lie and Vintique did not disappoint. The owners know their stuff and participate in estate sales around the surrounding area as well. I've been to an estate sale that they've hosted once. It was nice but too expensive.

However, the antique mall is reasonably priced and not all of the booths are crowded. If you're into decorating your household in vintage wear, I would recommend this store before purchasing from eBay, Etsy, or Instagram sales.

Another thing that is pretty cool that they do that most antique stores don't, is that they have pop-up events every so often. Also, the owners are so friendly as well as the vendors.

Of all my experiences with estate sales, I will say that the one conducted May 18-21, 2023 by Michael and Luisa of Vintique Mall of Taylor, Texas was the best yet experienced, no doubt. The site was inviting with proper and adequate accommodations. It included complimentary doughnuts, pastry, water, bags/carts for items, and restroom facilities. Everyone was helpful and courteous. A special thanks to Shawn for looking out for me when I failed to collect all of my purchased items. They not only assisted their client, they made sure that they were fair to the customers as well. They were friendly and very courteous. I witnessed a great balance demonstrated for all parties concerned. After the level of service that I received at the estate sale, I visited their store in Taylor, Texas and found the staff there to be just as pleasant and helpful. I look forward to future visits as well as following estate sales which they host and oversee. Thank you for a very hassle free, no pressure, absolute pleasant experience.

I have been going to their estate sales for a while and have always enjoyed the husband and wife team for their professionalism. Today I had a much different experience with another older team member. I was at their sale and the team member and a customer were talking loudly about the “state” of this country and their right wing political beliefs. They were rude and disrespectful towards people groups. Instead of engage I put in my head phones and called a friend to talk. About 5 minutes later the older man came up and told me to stop my call as “everyone didn’t need to hear my conversation”. I was quiet and respectful on my call and had my headphones in the whole time so all you could hear was me speaking quietly. I nodded and said thank you for letting me know I was loud. I then paid and left the sale. If you choose to hire employees that talk openly about their beliefs during a sale but then allow that employee to tell a customer to stop talking during the sale there is an issue. Everyone should think twice about what they are supporting with...
