Wouldn't go there again

We went to Scooters today to try it out. We had a big order for our big family and we just wanted to try everything out. While ordering, the lady taking our order was incredibly rude. We were just taking a minute to respond when she tried to end our order by saying that we were done even though we were not. Then when we said we weren't done, she yelled at us for being too quiet and was very short with her tone. It's whatever. Then, when we got to the window, the girl at the window with the brown hair was very nice unlike the rest of the staff. When we got our drinks, the lemonberry aid that we ordered was a completely different color (they gave us a pink strawberry Banana smoothie instead of the lemonberry thats blue and yellow) than what was shown on the website. We asked is this the right one and they said yes. Then we went back to the website to show them the comparison of the drink color that we got and the drink that we want and they told us that apparently you need to ask for blue raspberry. Although, as new customers we never got asked if we wanted blue raspberry at the window or told that. The manager eventually came out and told us to pull around and wait. We waited and got it then we asked how to avoid this again and he told us to ask for blue raspberry next time, something we didn't know. They had also forgot two of our cookies which they did give us. Overall this experience was bad because no one apologized (expect the one girl at the window), the staff was visibly talking bad about us customers and laughing at us, and they really didn't care that they just treated us poorly. The food was good and the drinks/coffee was ok (would go somewhere else for better coffee) but the whole experience made us never want to go back. The manager never apologized and the staff made us seem like Karen's who were putting them out of their way even though they messed up. We were looking for a new coffee place but got highly dissatisfied by this place...

The only food items we have ordered are the pretzel bites and I was a little put off by the fact the cheese was not warm. However, the coffee is great. We were missing Dutch Bros and Scooters filled the void for the most part. My personal favorite is the Caramelizer. I knocked a star off for the cold cheese and for the fact that they put whipped cream on my drink even though I specifically asked them not to. Not a total deal breaker for me though. My husband loves the Nitro Cold Brew.

What can you say about the atmosphere of a drive through coffee place? The staff is always friendly and fast. Also, their smiley face branding is cute.

Since my initial post above we have visited a few more times and can definitely comment further on the atmosphere. The last visit was this past Saturday morning and we had a rather unpleasant experience with one of the staff and a male in a car that appeared to be dropping something off for her. The male was in a car and was completely blocking the drive thru line. We sat for a minute or two waiting for the car to move. The employee noticed us and quickly took a bag from the male and hurried inside. The male driver chose to throw his hands up aggressively while shouting at us and sped away.

This is not the owners fault and our coffee was still great but who wants to deal with all that when just wanting to buy a coffee? Perhaps your staff need to be reminded about professionalism and how their guests actions reflect upon them and ultimately...

I am not a coffee fan, but i am a redbull fan. few months ago i wanted to try new things. So i tried buggy redbull mocktail. It was alright, it was good but not super good, yesterday i seen a Ad for redbull infusions and scooters, and it looked SOOO good. So yesterday, i tried it for the first time. IT WAS AMAZING!!!! The people at the window, the speaker, EVERYTHING was extremely pleasant. I wish more people knew about scooters. I think you guys are amazing, i am broke i just got a new apartment but i always try to tip something because coffee places have my heart especially now scooters. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! i will never stop coming here!!! You guys are a mile from me now. I hope management sees this because you did amazing picking the people to work for this place, they are all so sweet and caring and always having a smile. I know people have off days and that is totally okay, it can be stressful, any job can be. i get the large caramel apple redbull infusion ( i know limited time :(( ) buttt!!! yes!!! IF YOU ARE READING YOU WONT REGRET TRYING THIS PLACE!!! also, if you don’t like something there are plenty of other options. Don’t judge a place off one drink. PLEASE MANAGMENT SEE THIS BECAUSE I WANT YOU TO KNOW I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!! You people made my day. It’s been rough lately for me, and seeing these people brightens my day. thank you so so much, from the heart thank you. thank you for making my drinks with love and care. thank you for making my days. you are amazing...
