KFC — Restaurant in Taylor

As a usual KFC customer I was very shocked at the service that we received today. So the location on the street is a little hard to get to. As soon as we walked in we were kicked out at 9:13 and told that they were closed except the drive through was open. So we proceed through the drive through which was a bad decision due to the fact we were waiting in the line for 47 minutes. During that time 5 cars got tired of the wait and just left causing the line to shorten. There were 4 workers in the back and the one that kicked us out was cleaning the lobby area. At one point while waiting in line 1 of the workers walked to McDonald's next door grabbed food and came back. While we were ordering food the lady was rude and when we came to window another lady was rude as well. So that was the wording part and the food wasnt up to par. The Mac and cheese was amazing like always. The chicken bowl was okay but the burger was burnt and really hard. The 5 dollar fill up the biscuit and cookie on the inside were smashed as well as the forgotten potato wedges were never placed in our bag. Again I'm a usual customer and my needs are usually filled but this time all around the service was awful. Needs worked on badly. We are calling tomorrow the number on...

The management at KFC the lady Kelly real piece of work extremely rude extremely arrogant every Sunday stop and get KFC for the family just like this Sunday spent over $100 the chicken strips for old ask for all white meat paid the extra charge got home it was a mixed bucket of chicken legs and thighs then she's trying to argue that she made the order herself knowing good and well I've got the chicken right in front of me literally calling someone a liar not a liar just want my food made correctly the mashed potatoes were half filled watery give me coleslaw instead of baked beans biscuits were hard wanted jelly or Jam instead of honey ask for a few extra for 12 biscuits they give you four packs of jelly or Jam X KFC customer that one anyways the chicken strips used to be the kids favorite still are any other managers are much better they're rude and arrogant to the older lady that used to be there years ago she was very polite ask you how you were doing and make sure your order was correct just not the case...

Ordered online and went to pick it up inside. The front doors and interior floors were filthy. Had I not already ordered and paid, I would have turned around and gone somewhere else based on cleanliness alone. However, I will say that the employees were really friendly and kept a good attitude even though they were clearly understaffed (like the rest of the world). The order was almost right, but a small side that should have been a large wasn't worth going back to get my $2.50 upgrade charge.

Update: on a separate occasion, this place completely let me down. The order I placed in the app was 45 MINUTES past the order time and the staff was literally ignoring all of the upset customers in the waiting room. To top it off, the order was wrong and sloppy. Save yourself the headache (and hunger pains) and find a different location if you really want KFC. My family will never, EVER, return...
