Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Taylorsville

Stopped by this location since Starbucks has changed their Saturday opening hours. I asked for a regular coffee. The girl was confused. Asked again for a drip coffee/house brew. Still confused. All 3 employees still couldn’t understand my request. Finally agreed on an Americano. After waiting several minutes for them to get the time on the shots correct, i received my drink and left. To my dismay, what I ended up with was steamed milk. I just spent $5.99 delivery fee and $7 in taxes and other charges just to have tuber eats deliver me a house coffee from Starbucks. As an ex barista/store manager of Beans & Brews and an avid coffee drinker, I understand the importance of starting the day off with a nice cup of coffee. PRICE INCREASE I’m genuinely upset and disappointed by the sudden price increase—with no prior notice. Many of my friends and I had moved away from Starbucks due to their high prices, and Dutch Bros was our new go-to. But now, you've raised prices too, and there's no longer a reason to stay loyal.

What makes this worse is the lack of transparency. I waited in line, placed my usual order, and only at the window was I informed the price had increased by over a dollar. That’s incredibly frustrating and feels unfair. I left feeling sad and disheartened.

At this point, I’ll likely return to Starbucks or switch to Beans & Brews. The trust I had in Dutch Bros is shaken, and unless something changes, I won’t be...

I'm super impressed with Dutch Bros. The staff is always very friendly, prompt with orders and service. The COFFEE IS ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY AMAZING! Youll go to other coffee shops and you will order the same thing for a month and it will taste different every time. It's too bitter, too sweet, consistency is off, not enough coffee ect but Dutch bros is extremely consistent. Always delivering the same quality and tastes the same EVERY TIME.
