Let me just begin that I absolutely love the Lasal pizza here, and we order quite often. However, last night we had a really bad experience. I've worked customer service my whole life, and hate those customers that try to get workers in trouble for their own benefit- so please don't take it that way. But this was so bad I feel I have to say something. We called in last night for delivery. The girl who took the order was very pleasant, Kimber I do believe was her name. However, after giving her our address I heard someone in the background- whom I later found out was the delivery driver. I could very clearly hear him telling her to tell us "no" because he was "not driving over there". I heard Kimber tell him "What do you mean no? This is a job and they are in our delivery zone". He kept insisting that he wasn't going to deliver to us because he wasn't driving that far away. He was not pleasant in his tone either if you know what I mean. Kimber came back on to the line and continued to take our order, when I told her we could just come pick up the pizza if it was an inconvenience. She then apologized for her delivery driver, and we finished up the order for delivery. But then after hanging up, we decided to call back and ask her to package it up for pickup instead. We were worried the upset driver might tamper with the food, let alone we didn't want to deal with his bad attitude at our front door. Kimber was very nice and helpful the whole time- but the delivery driver left a bad taste in our mouths. I understand everyone has a bad day, but that was incredibly poor customer service and as repeat customers, we were...
Read morePretty delicious pizza, and sides. Quick response from staff, even when walking in, you are greeted quickly. However, the attention to detail is lacking from the staff. I have ordered 2 times from this location. The first time, I called the order in and picked it up. On my first order, I asked for the widow maker. I asked that there be no olives, and the Italian sausage on only half the pizza. When I received the order, it had mushrooms on it, which I was confused about since the widow maker didn't state it had mushrooms. Along with the mushrooms, it had black olives and the Italian sausage around the entire pizza. On another pizza we ordered we asked to have goat cheese and feta cheese added to the Maui Wowie, which only came with feta cheese although we were charged for both. On my second order, I again ordered the widow maker. This time asking for no mushrooms, no black olives, and the Italian sausage on only half the pizza. I received it with no olives, no mushrooms, and Italian sausage over the entire pizza. If we hadn't ordered another pizza, I would have had them remake it when they offered. But since there are 2 slices with hardly any sausage, I accepted the pizza. I'm just left with the feeling that they will not make my order accurately. The food is still good, I might go back, but if I do I'll probably stick with a basic pepperoni so I won't be...
Read moreI don't have to repeat what's already been said. Yes, they are very rude and the pizza wasn't delivered for an hour and a half. Interestingly enough, I ordered their pizza AND I applied for a job as a pizza delivery driver. The cashier, Kimber, did not want to train me and blamed me for something I didn't do. She talked about me behind my back to the chef and then when I made a mistake, she flips out. I think she is the reason why their pizzas don't get delivered. All I did was offer to deliver their pizzas. Anything else is irrelevant. I didn't want an hourly wage, much less any hard labor. When I got bored I looked for things to do and when I ran out of things to do I was lurked on by her. If I had had her job I'd have repaired their bad reputation, brought in more business and made sure the pizzas got to the customers on time. Maybe she hates her job, and takes it out on others. Either that, or she's just plain scandelous. The pizzas are great but they appear to be struggling to stay...
