Poor Customer service!!!!!! I am a father frequently traveling out of town. I have been ordering Dominos Pizzas for years now ever since they revamped their crust. Frequently I travel out of town. I'm not always where the pizza is going to be delivered and have never had a problem with delivery because of it. I could always rely on them to get the pizza to my family. On this particular evening, I was home decided to call in to the store to place my order (please note this is not the first time I have ordered from this store) . A rude employee tells me that I needed to present my ID and my card upon delivery which I never have had to do before. I say she was rude because when I asked why, she started talking to me with a very arrogant and demeaning tone in her voice asking me if I wanted to talk to a manager. I told her nevermind and that I would use the Domino's app as I normally do to place my order. When the driver gets there he tells me he is under instructions to not give me the food (that I had already paid for by the way) unless I produced my Identification along with my card. Do you want my out of town business? (That's when I'm out of town and I send pizzas to my family at home.) I won't be there to produce my I.D. and credit card each time. Read moreSLOW, slow, slow. Slowest service/pickup and delivery time ever. We’ve ordered from here 6 times now and had 4 poor experiences. First bad experience our pizza was over cooked, dry and not very warm by the time it got to us. The second bad experience was when I pre-ordered for pick up, waited 20 minutes and drove over to the store which takes another 5 minutes so plenty of time for the pizza to be finished (they quote 15-20 minutes). The pizza wasn’t finished, I waited another 20 minutes (so 45 total) and then finally cancelled our order. The third bad experience was when it took them 57 minutes to deliver our pizza on a Tuesday in the middle of the day (post lunch rush before dinner). So again our pizza was again no longer warm and it had been over cooked. The manager gave us 50% off our next order after that and we tried to use it the other night (I really wanted to give them one more chance). They again quoted me 20 minutes and we got there in about 20 minutes. Pizza took an extra 10-15 minutes they got our order wrong 2 times. The crust was the wrong kind and we ordered a cheese pizza and they made us a pepperoni. I seriously just don’t even know how you can mess up a cheese pizza. Read moreI ordered the 2 one topping medium pizzas, 16 Parmesan bites, cinnamon twists, and a 2-L Coke. Upon delivery I received only two pizzas, the delivery guy told me he would inform them but it was his last delivery and he was heading home. so I called back to check on the rest of my order. They said they caught it and would get it it as soon as they could. I called back within 5 minutes to add a one topping large pizza which I was willing to pay for but was told they couldn’t add the deal due to the other coupon. So I said that’s ok I will just make it a second order, so I then get informed I will have to pay a second delivery charge even though they had to come to my house to bring me the rest of my order. After speaking with the manager Hannah she informed me they had to do it and would deliver the rest of my food with the second delivery.
