On 2/22/24 I ordered lunch for myself and a coworker. The driver messaged me needing a complete address. The address provided was 135 Page Rd N. That is not where my food was delivered, matter a fact I have never gotten my food. This business is not hard to find as it is the only glass building on that side of the road and there is plenty of signage out front. I called to find out what I needed to do to get a refund and was told to call back after 2pm as the managers were really busy. well I would have liked to eat my lunch too. Read moreThe Ivey Ln Jersey Mike's Sub was the best place to get a great Sub. That has all changed recently and I don't know if management has changed. The last 5 times we ordered, our toppings that are included with the Sub were missing and the Sub was packaged poorly. This last order, even the bread was burnt and I did not request to have it toasted. We had to throw the Sub out because the bread just crumbled. We usually spend $30-50 every time we order and just want a Sub that we paid for. Read moreI would like to love this place. However, when placing an order via the app and prepaying, I still had to wait almost 20 minutes beyond the promised time. There were several others in the store having the same problem. People that came into the store after me, ordered, waited for their order, and paid for their order, got their order ahead of those of us who thought we were helping this franchise out by pre-ordering and arriving on time to pick-up.
