Starbucks — Restaurant in Taylortown

They went above and beyond. It was my birthday on September 21st and I ordered 2 lattes before my delivery job. They where not good. We could not drink them and I decided to take them back. The staff was so nice and apologized for everything. They offered to grab the manager for me (no I didn't ask for one. I'm no Karen haha) the manager was so amazing! She offered to remake my coffees. I told her my fella would love that, but I was ok. She upgraded his coffee size (it tasted amazing! ) and I told her that's good! She said no I deserved something else so she offered me a baked good. The croissant she gave me was so good! Like so good that you close your eyes and go holy s**t this is soooo good. That good... Then as I'm waiting for the delicious latte to be made she comes over and offered to refund my other coffee. I could not believe how sweet and nice that was. I thought the bigger latte was enough and the Manger was like no imma make some costumer service dreams come true! She did! The staff is always friendly there so that is always the plus to go to this one, but damn did they not decide to be Oprah giving out free cars vibes that day!. Thank you for going above and beyond! We were told multiple times when using the order ahead app that we MUST use the line/call box to notify them. We searched Starbucks corporate and found that is the opposite. We put in a compliant with corporate to notify the manager after trying to explain this makes no sense. Corporate called and said they will take care of it apologized and said we are correct no need fo use the order box which makes the order ahead kind of silly right. Love the order ahead online app! I can customize my drink order ahead so when I pull up I pick up and go! Plus rewards for frequent buyers! I really like that this location added a large store with drive thru! I have never met a unfriendly Starbucks employee, and love their products!
