Dunkin' — Restaurant in Teaneck Township

I had one of the worst experiences of any establishment I've ever visited. I felt belittled and discrimated. After placing my order with Abigail, and waiting a cup of juice that fell splashed all on my pants. I asked a woman if she could get me a rag that as damped to clean myself and with a discriminatory attitude told me NO to walk to the bathroom and get some napkins and wet them myself which I ultimately did.

However, in the same breathe she was asking one of the employees to replace the customer juice/smoothie that had fallen for FREE.

The person that dropped her juice on me were white and I'm of color. The representative that stated her name was Emily (Hispanic) needs training on how to treat everyone with EQUALITY. I'm a consumer just like the lady that spilled her juice on me. There wasn't a tad bit of consumer appreciation from Emily's end. She was concerned about replacing the white woman's JUICE.

Hopefully, this message gets to someone that cares at the Dunkin...

Will not be coming back to this Dunkin Donuts. I asked for turkey instead of ham, she told me that they don't sale turkey which I found weird because at any other Dunkins they have always had turkey. Then I asked for Chipotle sauce which I have always gotten on my sandwiches and the lady then tells me that they don't sell any type of sauce . I then said alright and left with a small hot chocolate, and looked for somewhere else to buy a breakfast sandwich. My experience at this particular DD store has been EXCELLENT!!!! I'm an over nite worker and ABSOLUTELY need MY COFFEE!!! These Beauties are consistent they make my cup the same way every time. It's the closing shift at the TEANECK RD STORE. These ladies never miss. They know me and train all of the new people very well. My order is ready to go when I arrive.
