Sol's Cafe — Restaurant in Teaneck Township

I never write reviews but I felt it was necessary because these people are so rude. I came here with my mother and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I was asked by the cashier if I wanted salt, pepper, & ketchup. I said no, and even told her “just plain” after that. When I got my food I noticed it had ketchup so it was brought back. I got my food again, this time with even more ketchup. My mom brought it to their attention for the second time, and this time they told her that I said I wanted ketchup but still ended up make a new sandwich for me. I have no issue with the mixup, mistakes happen and I get that. I really wasn’t upset about it. My issue was when my food was brought to me for the 3rd time, the woman put down my plate and told me, “Next time, make sure you order right because we are not going to remake it for you. She asked if you wanted salt, pepper, & ketchup and you said yes.” First off, who are you to give me some kind of warning? It isn’t my fault that you guys put my order in wrong. And then to tell me what I apparently said, I know exactly what I said I’m the one who said it HAHA and my mom was with me who agreed that I said it correctly. When I told her I said no to ketchup she just goes “that’s fine that’s fine” and walks away. You know what’s not fine?? Your nasty attitude lol. The owner name is Sol, she is the most unprofessional person I ever meet on a restaurant, my self and much employees order EVERY DAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT ( NEVER HAVE ANY COMPLAINT WITH STAFF WHICH ARE ESPECTACULAR AND VERY KIND) I would not recommend at all order from here and help grow a small town restaurant who doesn't have a qualify owner (grateful with clients & THAT LOVES AND CARE ABOUT HER BUSSINES) to take care of a clients and value them with respect, knowing that is plenty of restaurants in the area that can be select. I work for a co. that orders from this deli Monday to Friday, breakfast and lunch, by the way the girls that take the orders are very rude, every single day some of us order the same thing every day and we just notice that they charge all the time a different price for the same thing. Today we sent for food for 4 people 2 order same chicken sandwich and 2 order the same burger they were all charged different amounts is not the 1st time this happens.
