Cute little mom and pop sushi place on Cedar Ln, mostly for takeout and limited dine in seating. Do expect street parking. We’ve ordered take out multiple times and this is the first time we dined it- I did enjoy how pretty the dishes were presented. I recommend the spicy salmon box and the beef bulgogi box for dishes, as well as the Teaneck roll and Nabi roll (non-spicy) & Honey roll and Tataki roll (if you like spicy). The bulgogi box was filling and came with bacon fried rice which was a nice twist. We enjoyed miso soup before this as well as a nice cold can of iced green tea. Needless to say we are regulars and will continue to be. The only thing I’d change is that I wish they offered sweet potato tempura rolls as they are my favorite but I’d still choose Sushi Nabi on a random day for a local sushi craving.

⸻ A Truly Memorable Experience I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Japanese restaurant, and I’m still thinking about it. The tuna I had was, without exaggeration, the freshest I have ever tasted—incredibly tender, flavorful, and clearly of the highest quality. Every dish was beautifully presented and prepared with great care. What made the evening even more special was the warm and genuine hospitality. The staff treated my friend and me with such kindness and attention, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Their thoughtfulness and service added so much to the overall experience. If you’re a fan of Japanese cuisine—or just great sushi and great people—this place is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

I am THRILLED that Teaneck finally has a high quality sushi place. It’s a small, clean, nicely decorated little sushi bar. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. The waiter, a young get gentleman, was incredibly attentive yet never intrusive. We had two sushi bento boxes with green tea, and were given complementary edamame and even a complementary probiotic yogurt after the meal! And the prices were almost unbelievably reasonable. We felt genuinely respected and valued as customers, and that is rare these days. PLEASE don’t change how you do business; this is everything I have ever wanted in a local sushi bar. I can’t recommend Sushi Nabi enough!
