If I could give this Bojangles a negative zero I would. On Sunday (8/18/2024), I placed a large order online for two 8 piece family chicken meals that came out to about $50. When I arrived to pick up my order, I decided to order 12 extra biscuits. The girl gave me my biscuits (which were all over cooked and hard to eat). I then told her that I also had an online order. She asked for the name and I told her and she said that a door dash guy had already picked up my order. I told her that I did not order through door dash and that I ordered directly through their store app for in store pickup. She then proceeded to say an incorrect same of my order and I told her that that was not the correct name on my order. She then goes and gets this tall guy who is the manager and he looks at me and said that someone already picked my order up. I told him that they gave my order away to the wrong person and he just walks off after shrugging his shoulders.I then checked my phone and the progress bar of my order said that they were still making my order. When I showed my order status to the girl, she just looks at me and said that I should try and request a refund through their app. The same manager then yells “What is it that she says she doesn’t have?” When the girl told him what my order was, he then yells “Oh NAH, we can’t do that!” And went further in the back of the store. I had to leave cause I have an autistic kid at home waiting on his chicken and they just ripped me off out of my order and $50. I tried to request a refund and look up a customer service number to make a complaint but Bojangles don’t have a customer service number that I could find. I had to scramble to find somewhere else to by chicken from. So they gave my $50 order away to the wrong person( which is their problem) and refused remake my order or give me my money back. Read moreI was just amazed by my first run in with AI order taking at Bojangles. Flawless understanding of my order. However, it all went downhill from there. At the window they charged me for my order then asked me to pull forward, I am assuming that they did not have one of the items ready so no big deal. After what seemed like an eternity we received our order. Upon checking the order before I left I noticed that they did not have one of the small fries that I ordered in the bag. I went inside to ask for my fries and was greeted with many sad angry faces waiting for their food at the counter area. They ignored me for a minute or two and finally the girl that brought my order out asked me what I needed.
ok so I get home and think all is good and now I can eat, I look in the box at my Supremes and well you can see for yourself in the picture. completely overcooked and hard. Also notice the biscuit, some foreign matter cooked into the bottom of the biscuit. looks like they did not clean the baking pan before they cooked this biscuit. Fries were soggy and greasy and to top it off they did not put the dipping sauce in the box. I know that they were given instruction on what dipping sauce because it was on the order menu as I told the AI order taker.
I usually don't eat Bojangles, in fact I have lived in this area for more than 20 years and this Bojangles has been here the whole time. Over the years I have eaten there probably 10 times and I can say each time I go I end up wondering why. Read morePossibly some of the worst service I’ve ever seen at this Bojangles in years. First of all they added AI ordering, that isn’t very efficient and refuses to add on items that you request. I then go to the window and ask if I can add on a side of green beans Because the AI ordering system was not registering it. Instead of simply adding it to my order, they told me I would have to drive around again and re-order it through their long line which I already sat in for for 10 minutes. After he gave me food I reminded him that I also ordered a sweet tea because they looked at me with a blank stare. I then noticed that they gave me entirely the wrong order. So they took the food they gave me back and told me to go wait in one of the parking spots. After 20 minutes of waiting For my food, they sent a lady out to ask me what I was waiting for. I let her know it was simply just a sandwich and an order of fries. And she mention that they sent her out there because they didn’t know what I was waiting on. The only positive thing I can say in this review is that they did give me my side order of green beans for free. But this is quite possibly the most unorganized Bojangles I’ve ever been to.
