McDonald's — Restaurant in Tega Cay

I take back anything positive I said about this McDonald's it's the worst run fast food restaurant ever. I just sat in line for 20 minutes waiting to orser while 6 cars pulled up and then left because it was taking so long just to order. I got to the menu to order and silence for anither 10 minutes. I left and came to dairy queen pulled up right before they close at 10 and they immediately take my order and make my food even though they are about to close. This McDonald's is supposedly open 24 hours a day and they were not even able to take my order after waiting for 30 minutes in the drive through. There were 3 people that had on uniforms just walking in and out of the restaurant and only saw one person behind the counter doing anything. I bet everything that if I would've stayed it would've taken another 10 minutes to order and the food would've been terrible. I don't know who owns this crap hole but whoever does has no idea how to run a business properly. They hire the laziest, most rude people to walk the night shift. If you go during the day it's okay but still not anything to write home about they might have 3 good workers in that restaurant during the day but the night shift is a bunch of uneducated, lazy, rude, and horrible people who don't care about their job or the customers or their responsibility to do their job at least halfway decent. If you go to this place past 8 pm don't expect to have any positive experience of any kind. You WILL be dissapointed. You would think that as many people live around this McDonald's that the person running this place would be taking advantage of all the late night traffic because there would be a ton if they weren't so terrible at their jobs late night. And if you try and get them to do their job they hate you for it and are extremely ride to you for simply asking them to do what they are paid to do which is take my order take my money and give me decent food in return. It isn't that hard but for some reason these people working at this location are unable to do actual work without malice towards the customer who came to get food. They don't want anyone coming late night because that would mean work for them so they purposefully do a terrible job so no one comes back late night. I certainly won't ever be turning into that parking ever again. It had been 6 months since I ate there and now I know why and remember how bad it was and it hasn't changed at all it's still a giant crap hole with terrible employees who hate customers and purposefully try to make your experience a bad one. I would emplore anyone who is thinking about food before 10 pm to hit dairy queen the burgers are better and their ice cream machine always works unlike McDonald's who's ice cream machine is never working or I should say it is working but the employees aren't. This store is always being stolen from. It's quite easy to walk in while holding your phone and pretending to pick up a doordash. I hope they change this security flaw soon. As soon as a dasher is wondering why the order is stolen, they start to berate and harass the doordasher.

One particular team of girls wore long, fake, jeweled, painted finger nails. And we saw no gloves. We're not sure how sanitary those nails are, as we believe nails that long make it difficult to wipe yourself in the restroom, and you can't really be sure you washed your nails well enough to prep food for the public. Most places that deal with food have a filed nail policy as to not potentially contaminate the food being served.

Those specific girls in that team are emotionally unintelligent. They come out trying to snatch phones from peoples hands. When you try to follow up with management they are very rude and do not take you seriously. This store has a potential to drive a person insane trying to resolve an issue.

This is overall a terrible place, it's small and cramped, and the area is way too busy to be packed in that close. Very few tables. Uncomfortable work spaces, and the door dashers are constantly having issues in front of other customers of mcd.

Parking Lot is confusing if you're new to the area. I suggest the Dairy Queen, they have excellent customer service, their food is leagues above mcd in flavor alone. You should never have issues at Dairy Queen when you're looking for a refreshing frozen treat. In fact, my wife and I enjoy the DQ.

MCD is low class. Fort Mill has such amazing restaraunts, don't just settle for some cheaply made, rushed, fast food, which is worse for your health anyway. Everbowl in the Kingsly area, much better option. I personally frequent Baxter village,...

Updated 4/3** Steer clear as a door dasher. This store is always being stolen from. And the employees harass the door dasher for showing up.

I went to this store to simply pick up a door dash. When I got there, a girl came from the back of the registers and tried to take my phone from my hands, I said nothing but stopped her from grabbing my phone out of my hand, and presented it to her. She immediately turned away and stated yelling at me saying. Go On Girl, I Not Helping You, ain't no body gonna steal your phone. And she's screaming this at me immediately when I hadn't said a word and just didn't want her to grab for my phone. It's my personal device that I have to use everyday and, I have no idea what she had recently touched or if she's sick or anything. I didn't think it was appropriate for her to grab for my phone and when she's denied, she started to scream. I turned to someone else who worked there, and they even told me that the whole door dash order was stolen already. I am going to follow this up and make a full report, as I already have explained to door dash that this store doesn't have good security for doordash customers.

Update** i called them first thing this morning and I asked. Can I talk to a manager about what happened to me yesterday? . WHO EVER was on the phone literally said, I ain't dealing with this. And just left the phone there off the hook or on busy. I pressed 1 for customer service and finally got to explain yesterdays issue. I don't fully believe that they handled...
