Red Chimney Pizza — Restaurant in Tellico Plains

The service was good and the employees were helpful. You walk in, you order your food, they give you a number and you go to a table, and they will bring you your food. You get your drink up by the cash register.

The pizza was good. But, it was a little on the burnt side… And it wasn’t just ours, I did look and see other customers pizza looked the same way. Given that the restaurant just opened a few months ago, I’m hoping they’re just ironing out some glitches and perfecting their product. I definitely want to give it another chance because the pizza was really good, and the staff was very friendly, and the ambience was relaxed.. today, the soft drinks were not very carbonated. They were having issues… Again I think it was probably just an off day. We’re definitely willing to give it another chance.

We ordered a Hawaiian pizza minus the spice, a pepperoni, pizza, and in order of cheese bread.

Me, my wife, and our two children stopped in on 08/16/2025 around lunchtime. I had heard great things about this place from buddy’s at work since we are locals. All I can say is freaking amazing. I have ate pizza from here to New York City and nothing around here even remotely compares. We had the cheesy bread as an appetizer and it was amazing. My wife tried the hot honey and I tried the white sauce and both pizzas were delicious. Our children enjoyed the pepperoni pizza and said it was amazing. The place is super cool looking inside with the stained wood vibe. All the staff were super nice and very helpful! The business was also very clean! The entire experience from the time we pulled in the parking look til the time we got back in the vehicle was amazing. I’m glad to have another great local restaurant to add to the menu. My only regret is that we hadn’t tried it...

I'm born and raised in NY. Left NY in 2020. Since then I have been trying to find a pizza places that really tastes like home. The Red Chimney pizza is that taste of home I will most definitely be telling EVERYONE I know about here. Everything is right from the Cheese, Sauce, and Toppings ratios were perfect, and the Crust!
