I met Jeremy while visiting my mom who lives in Madisonville. I’m an elementary principal in a project based learning school in Northwest Indiana and we look for “experts” to connect real life experiences with our students as they do their projects. I connected with Jeremy and he agreed to work with our 3rd grade classes who have a “Green Thumb” and “Wild Weather Storm Shelter” projects. He allowed us to record an interview about his organic farm and why he intentionally raises certain plants and animals and how he decided on the animal shelters he built. We have become good friends in the process. He has a lot of great products that I personally use. I love the homemade soap and use it daily! The blue Tellico River soap is my absolute favorite! I volunteered a day of my vacation this year in TN to help him repaint the Yoga studio (go see the awesome “Tellico blue” bathroom I painted…it’s pretty stellar! LOL). I also got my first dozen Guinea eggs and made frittatas. I really liked how rich and creamy the yolks were! They have more protein than chicken eggs and I definitely noticed they were smaller in size, but more filling and sat with me longer without feeling hungry. I really appreciate the life Jeremy is creating and how his farm, Yoga studio, and his desire to live and eat clean all ties together. He’s just a genuinely nice and caring person who is direct, but kind, and cares about building awareness and community. I appreciate that everything he does and the choices he makes for animals, plants, food, …paint colors Ha!, has a purpose and a “Why”. I even took my first Yoga class in March while visiting my mom because my 4th graders do a few morning Yoga movements. The community I felt from the others taking the class at the Grow and Flow Yoga studio in Tellico Plains was proof positive that Jeremy’s vision is impacting this small unique community! Support your local small businesses folks!!! Get some fresh eggs to nourish your body, take a class at the studio, and take a shower with some of that awesome soap!

My distance Reiki energy session with Ashley G. was deeply impactful. I felt a wave of relaxation wash over me during the session, and I was grateful for the quiet time afterward to fully integrate the experience. Ashley's communication was excellent, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. Her clear instructions on preparing my space and understanding what to expect put me at ease. During the session, I felt a sense of release and a noticeable shift in my emotional energy; it was as if a burden had been lifted off my chest. The deep relaxation carried over into a truly restful night's sleep, and the sense of calm has remained with me for several days. I feel more grounded and centered. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Ashley. I highly recommend her Reiki services to anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, or a deeper sense of...

Grow and Flow is an incredibly welcoming and inviting space for everyone, regardless of age or skill level. From the moment you walk in, you feel embraced by the positive energy. The variety of classes is fantastic, offering something for every interest and ability, and no matter which one I take, I always feel supported and encouraged. Jeremy, the owner, is truly exceptional. His passion for what he does shines through, and he genuinely cares about each and every student, creating an inclusive and nurturing environment. I highly recommend Grow and Flow to anyone looking to grow both physically and mentally in a...
