Earth Bistro since 2008 — Restaurant in Temecula

Came here for lunch on my wife's birthday. Appetizers were good and everything was fine till our main meal came. My wife had asked for no onions in her sandwich and potatoes as her side. I got a BBQ chicken pizza and asked for pineapples on it (she wrote nothing down).

When the server brought out our food she placed it on the table and started to leave immediately without conversation (by now we are the only customers in the place so I'm not sure what her rush is to leave). I stopped her and let her know about the salad thst should have been fries and the fact that my pizza didn't have any pineapple. I told her she could just bring out the pineapple and she told us she would also bring out fries.

After she left my wife noticed a bunch of onions in her dish which she just started to pick out so she could eat. After about 7 or 8 minutes the server finally brought out the pineapple with the fries, which by now my pizza is cold. I tell her about the onions in my wife's food and ask to have my pizza reheated with the pineapple. I was told she would heat up the pizza and remake the sandwich.

After over 15 minutes I have just about had it and ask to just have everything boxed up as I wish to no longer be here (at this point I find out what her earlier need to leave was as I find her on her phone messing around). I'm told it will just be a little bit longer as they decided to remake the pizza which is not what I had asked for.

After we left I finally tasted the pizza and wished I'd never asked for those pineapples. They were not ripe and had a bad taste. Our experience at this restaurant was overall very bad and I would never...

Visited the Bistro today. Was very disappointed. It took well over 10 minutes just to get drinks, and over 30 minutes to get a pear/feta salad and my daughter a Philly cheese steak sandwich. The amount of beef on that sandwich was ridiculous. I've had better at Arby's! The salad and the sandwich bun was good, but I ordered stuffed mushrooms, and was informed by the waitress that they had a "mistake" in the back and I would be served those mushrooms instead of throwing them out. They were cold and rubbery. I asked for some pesto....twice... to give them some flavor. For $6 I got 5 small mushrooms. I should have sent them back.

The waitress had very wild hair that hung in her face and she was constantly using her hands to push her hair back. She was friendly, but very slow. There were only 3 other tables with patrons. The two cooks had on no hair nets and we're quite bushy as well.

My daughter is a Manager at BJ'S Brewhouse, and said that the food we were served would never have made it past the QC mgr and that the cooks are required to wear hair nets and the servers well groomed. The final straw was the women's bathroon was absolutely dirty and quite the mess.

I've been here before and it was okay... enough that I gave it another try. I dont know that I will be back. I hope the owner reads this because you have a great idea with fresh organic and vegan dishes, excellent location, but you need to make some big changes if you're going to stay...

Idk what ratchet people they are hiring, but I will never eat here again. I didn’t get to eat dinner tonight because of a very rude employee named Angelina. I ordered a Vegan personal Pizza with chicken. When I picked up my order there was no vegan cheese on it. When you order the vegan pizza it comes with Vegan Cheese obviously. Angelina right away tried to argue with me and made a rude comment insinuating I pushed the wrong button. She did not offer to make me a new one or fix the problem like most restaurants. A young guy apologized for her and said don't worry we will make you a new one. Then when I was waiting she was loudly talking about my order and how my order basically didn’t make sense. Not knowing I can eat meat, but I am dairy free and gluten free because of allergies. I confronted her about why she was saying this and she then refused my pizza to me and said I’ll refund you. I never been more disrespected at any restaurant for anything in all my life. Unless she is fired I will not be returning. I know I can’t be the only customer she treats like this and I hope you will do the right thing and stay away or the owner...
