Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Temecula

This Krispy Kreme is amazing! They just opened recently but compared to the awful Menifee location, they always have ALL of the specialty donuts in stock! It doesn't matter what time of the day - when you place your order, it's one and done. No phone calls saying they don't have it in stock, or that they'll have it later in the day but that turns out to be a lie, which is a guarantee with the Menifee location.

It puts the Menifee location to shame. I don't know how the Menifee location isn't more embarrassed how this place just started and they're more efficient and competent than they are. It may be a bit of a drive, that I won't deny, but would you rather know for a FACT you're getting your order with friendly, cheerful customer service or be pissed off that yet again they don't have what you ordered, sometimes even days ago??

Went to pick up my donut order only to see no one at the counter to greet customers, One employee working on the donut machine for 10 minutes with her back turned to everyone. Just pushing buttons and working with a pair of pliers. No one comes up to the counter to explain the donut machine is currently down, if they’re selling donuts if there even open for business. We just stare at this lady’s back the whole time and try to guess what’s going on. She only stops working on the machine when I yell back to her that if anyone is selling donuts. She comes up to the counter and tries to tell me No reason to be rude. I gave her a nice lesson in customer service and communication and that the customers were tired of staring at her back for 10 minutes while we just of anyone would ever sell donuts. Never...

Don't waste your money on the drinks at this location. I came in around 3:30PM today when it wasn't too busy inside or in the drive-through. I ordered an iced original glazed latte. Thankfully, I took one sip before leaving, and realized that the drink I received was not sweet at all. I voiced my concern to the worker who gave me my drink, and he took it back behind the counter to add syrup. When I received it back, it was unpleasantly overly sweet. I'm pretty sure they made me the wrong drink initially. I've had this same drink before from another location, and it was a different color and came sweetened already. The workers seemed quite disorganized and scattered during my visit, which is why I'm convinced they just gave me someone else's order. Don't waste your time trying to order...
