Been curious about this place for a while and I've seen it fairly busy at times so decided to finally give it a try.

Right off the bat, extremely limited menu. All burgers are individual items and don't come with any sort of combo, fries and drinks have to be ordered separately not sure why that is but the cashier commented that they use to offer combos but no longer can.. okay?

Ordered two burgers, two regular fries, one fountain drink, root beer float and a milk shake. Our fries came in 8oz paper cups, they were unseasoned and dry not to mention room temperature. The burgers were interesting.. patties fried Plat and overdone with all the fat and juice squeezed out making them horribly dry.

The double patty burger weighted less than just a regular??? How is that even possible? My root beer float somehow got lost in translation as there was no actual root beer and when asked for a substitute I thought they would make the float with a different soda.. instead I just got an additional soda? Now I have two sodas for one meal. Little confused on how you replace a float with just a regular soda but perhaps they were out of ice cream too?

Not to mention there was no flavor. Just dry room temperature burgers that could hardly pass as edible, could hardly finish them before just accepting defeat. I will say at least the tomatoes and lettuce were very fresh.

Overall I'd hardly consider this place a decent burger spot. Especially considering they claim its all American grass fed beef frankly you would at least expect a juicy meat patty.

You took a greasy and salty American comfort food and ruined it by making it overly heathly without any consideration to taste and customer satisfaction. Healthy doesn't have to taste like cardboard.

False advertising overall, overly priced tasteless food, McDonald's would have been a better dinning experience. First...

TLTR: Cashier had a bad attitude, had us wait for shakes with no explanation for the wait, ignored us, manager was pleasant and our food was cold by the time we got home to eat it because of the wait.

My family did an online order and my husband and I went to pick it up. The food was amazing as usual; it was the service that I had a problem with. They were pretty busy. The cashier, a younger blonde woman, was not pleasant to my husband and I. I informed her it was an online order, confirmed it with her, signed for it, and then, without saying, "thank you" or "it'll be right out", to us, she looked over our shoulders and beckoned to the couple behind us, with a smile we never saw the whole time we were with her, that she could take their order. She basically just dismissed us from the counter! We got our food quickly but then we had to wait for two shakes that took way too long to make. Of course, the cashier who was rude to us was the one to make them. She constantly stopped in the middle of making them to take orders, even though she didn't need to as there was another cashier doing just fine, so our shakes sat there for ten minutes. She didn't apologize for the wait or explain why it was taking so long, she just ignored us. Finally, the manager finished making our shakes and did apologize for the wait which we appreciated. By the time we got home with our food, we had to reheat it because it was cold. I understand that it can take a little bit longer for food to come out when it's busy. But, I don't think that that is any excuse for having a bad attitude or being impolite. We felt targeted by this cashier, like she was rude to just us, and we still don't know why. Everything on the menu is grass fed, organic, etc. For the health conscious who don't like to eat processed foods or corn-fed meat with hormones, the Burger Lounge is a welcome safe haven. They have burgers, chicken and salads. I always get the "classic" burger. Even the ketchup is organic! The food tastes great. Like a homemade burger, but with better flavor. The buns are so fresh and tasty. The fries and onion rings are amazing. I just can't brag enough about how happy it makes my taste buds and my tummy.

The atmosphere is very trendy. It has bright colors, cool lamps, a brick wall with lights...it's casual and super hip. There is an outdoor covered patio and in the hot weather months they have misters.

The staff and service has been very friendly every time I am there. Almost overly helpful sometimes. But not in a bad way, I'm not complaining at all. Several times through your meal a staff member will check on you to see if you need a drink refill or more catchup or whatever, and take your plates when you are done. So it's a bit nicer than a typical fast food burger joint.
