I usually like this place but today I am super pissed with them! First of all I walk in there and the cashier was too busy flirting with a guy at the take out counter to notice me patiently waiting for 5 minutes, then when the guy FINALLY leaves she turns to me and seemed startled I was there. They were busy but I then sat at my table for 20 minutes...HELLO SHOULD BE FAST FOOD. First a guy comes running in complaining he never got his drive thru order, they gave him an order, then while so many of us are patiently waiting he comes back and says they gave him the wrong order, they offered to get it right and let him keep the wrong order. There were 2 people in front of me but then they call the order that came after me. OK now i'm irritated and so were the others. They scrambled to get everyone their order once they realized they were screwing up like crazy, the person in front of me complained about a 30min wait and she got a free drink. I was so upset I almost asked for my money back but they just kept telling me my order was coming. I was out of patience and asked how long, they then finally got it to me. Offered me no apology, the cashier even asked if I wanted condiments but then said nevermind when she noticed how angry I was but YES I DID WANT CONDIMENTS. Despite giving the others free items to say they were sorry they gave me NOTHING! I was so mad I filled out their survey and wasted 10mins I could have been eating my meal with. And yes it was highly negative and mirrors this review. I hope corporate will show some decency but I have doubts. I'M GOING TO CHIC-FIL-A...
Read moreThis KFC is an absolute joke. They don’t even deserve one star. Waited OVER 30 MINUTES for a drive through order and eventually got fed up and went in to ask for a refund. Got horrible customer service , no apology no sorry for the wait no effort to make amends. It took 3 people to figure out which ticket was even mine and the “manager” who refused to give his name eventually refunded my order. Will never be back. You would think a large corporation like KFC could invest in some training for their incompetent staff. Guess not . While I was waiting I even watched the “manager” follower another customer out of the restaurant to her car, told her he gave her more than what she ordered, took items out of her bag and walked them back into the store… I assume to give to a different...
Read moreThe chicken was good. Class KFC. The major problem was the cashier. I went to the drive thru between 8 and 9 pm 9/16/25. I paid with a credit card. I wanted to swipe it myself. I don't eat at fast food places often. Do you swipe it yourself at the drive thru?
She swiped my credit card and instead of handing back to me immediately, she paused holding it half in the window half out asking me if I want sauce. I put my hand out for my card and said, no. There should be no pause when handing a customer their card back.
Be careful using your card there. I've seen videos of fastfood employees stealing card numbers to sell or give to partners in crime. I keep a very low balance on that card so they won't get anything from me.
I hope management sees this...
