I ordered online through Postmates 30 min. before I even went to pick up my order. When I arrived, my order was not prepared. The cashier, Andrea, asked me if I wanted to wait (they already had 5 people waiting) therefore I declined because I had to return back to work. Waiting would have defeated the point of ordering early. Andrea told me she would immediately give me a refund, but said she couldn't give me a paper receipt. I left trusting it would get done. When I arrived back at work I had yet to receive an email stating my order had been refunded. I then called to say I had not received an email indicating my order had been refunded. Andrea then responded in a flippant tone "Ma'am we were busy and couldn't get to it." Andrea then proceeded to say, "We can try to process the refund today when we are not busy." Apparently, being busy means taking customer's money, not preparing the order, LYING ABOUT GIVING A REFUND and getting around to giving a refund when it's convenient. I could have stayed and yelled that my food was not ready, but I understand mistakes happen. I could have stayed and yelled I'm not leaving until I get a refund, but I trusted when Andrea walked over to the tablet she would actually follow through and cancel the order like she said she was going to do. BOTTOM LINE IS TODAY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANDREA WAS UNPROFFESIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE AND ANDREA'S ATTITUDE INDICATED THAT I WAS AN INCONVENIENCE BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP! Well since Andrea's impudent attitude showed me I'm an inconvenince I'll stop patronizing Arizona...
Read moreVery poor customer service & the food was bland. When they were in Ahwatukee, they were great. We went in today and the person that took our order got it wrong even though I repeated myself & pointed to the # on the menu. She would start to take our order & in the middle of one of us giving her our order she would turn around to pick up and hand out sandwiches that had been made. All 3 different sandwiches and they all tasted the same, even the 9 year old with us commented that the meat had no flavor. When I brought it to their attention that my order was wrong the new person at the register acted like it was my fault, I asked her what she wanted me to do with the incorrect sandwich, no answer, so I sat back down, still with the wrong sandwich, a few minutes later I was called back up to the register expecting to get my correct sandwich, but instead she was wanting the one that was wrong. Another sandwich at our table was missing an item that cost extra money...Really? While I wait everyone else is almost done eating, we are on our lunch hour (11 am lunch not noon), I went back to the counter and told the person at the register if my food wasn't done, I would just take the wrong one back since we didn't have time to wait being we had to get back to work. Nope...she still continued to have me wait..No apology, no thank you...nothing..so disappointed...Needless to say...we don't plan...
Read moreThis place is just gross. Don’t waste your time or money. My office ordered sandwiches from here one day. I don’t remember what I got, but I remember thinking it was gross and not worth it. I didn’t finish the sandwich. Then today my coworker asked if I wanted to order from Arizona Sandwich Company, and I decided to give them a second chance. Oh boy! I was thoroughly disappointed!
I got a salad this time. The Cobb. Kinda hard to mess up. Well, the did it. The menu called out freshly grilled chicken breast. Idk what this was, but it was not grilled and not fresh. It was canned or something. Chewy, pink and gross. The bacon was also chewy. They forgot the blue cheese. Their salad dressing was congealed and nasty. And to top it off, half of the lettuce in this salad was brown and or slimly. See pic. I couldn’t eat almost any of the salad. The croutons (which were an up charge) were the best thing on this disgusting salad. I’m sure my garbage can enjoyed it more than I did. I gave this place a 2nd chance and they will not get a 3rd....
