For regular coffee drinkers, you can tell just by the way your drink looks when the barista hands it to you if it's going to taste right or not.
I'm a recurring customer at this location, and usually (not always) just take the L on a $7 not-so-desirable tasting coffee, but recently I've been advocating for myself, and instead of having them remake the coffee and waste product, I ask for who I know can make my drink correctly (a reasonable request), and when I make this request the coffee tastes the way it should.
My issue is the push-back and lack of customer service I received from the manager on my very reasonable request, especially as a recurring and polite customer. The response I received is that all of their baristas are trained the same which is clearly not the case when their drink quality is inconsistent.
The funny part is, right after I was told this, the barista handed me a drink that looked and tasted awful. The irony lol. The drink had to be re-made.
I just feel if I'm going to pay almost $10 for a cup of coffee, I should be able to request the person who is best at making my drink without any pushback.
For the management teams reading this review, I believe this location needs a little more customer service training, especially if you're going to charge 200% over the cost of a normal cup of coffee.
Thank you...
Read moreI had 2$ bills which is American money in the United States. However some young people are unaware of this and refuse to take it. Nikki said they couldn’t take my money and I laughed because I thought it was funny another younger person didn’t know what 2 dollar bills were. I’ve paid numerous times at other Starbucks, restaurants, grocery stores, target and etc with 2 dollar bills. I know they aren’t a common thing but it is American money that is accepted in the United States. After that she was very rude and didn’t think I had any other methods of paying and told me to leave. I’m a flight attendant so I understand customer service and rude people. In no way was I rude. I was taken back how I was treated more than anything. It was absolutely absurd to be treated disrespectfully the way her and her coworker treated me. I’ve gotten these from the bank and have paid with 2 dollar American bills before. This younger generation needs to learn some manners and apparently what 2 dollar bills are. Was really frustrating to be treated like I make counterfeit 2 dollar bills when I just get them from the actual source. THE BANK! I hope next time I go this will be resolved. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had...
Read moreworst Starbucks ever!!! I am a student and I always study at this Starbucks location. I always purchase something but today I did not feel like purchasing anything. I was studying and one of the barista came up to me and said either I purchase something or I must leave the store immediately. I was shocked because I was in the middle of taking a quiz . The barista told me that it was the store's "new policy". I was confused and I looked up Starbucks policy right away. The policy stated "Under the new companywide policy, people who come to Starbucks locations without buying anything are considered customers and can stay". I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said the same thing to me. I am so frustrated right now. I have no idea where they are getting their information from. I have seen multiple people sitting inside all day and not purchase anything. I feel discriminated against as I am a black muslim woman with a headscarf. I felt humiliated because everyone was looking at me. This should not be...
