I have been a loyal customer since 2005...until now. On 4/12, I walked in around 9:20pm and ordered my customary carne asada burrito (fm a different employee, who apparently was not very affluent at the english language, no disrespect) and noticed that my order slightly exceeded my regular amount I normally pay by a little over a dollar, so I checked my receipt and saw that I was charged for a steak, egg chorizo burrito, although I ordered a carne asada burrito. I pointed this out to the cashier and stated that I wanted a carne asada she said, "yes, it is," repeatedly. So I trusted her and waited for my order and when it arrived, I take a bite and taste a steak, egg chorizo burrito. I return it to the cashier and ask someone to translate to her that I wanted a carne asada burrito, and she got angry and made me the WORST, messiest, embarrassment for a carne asada burrito I've ever seen in my lifetime of eating burritos. Needless to say, my loyalty was meaningless and I am not returning to Los Favoritos in...
Read moreUpdate 12/15/2023: Visited again. This time I noticed that prices have gone up. I ordered Carne Asana Fries with chicken. Everything was cold. Chicken pieces were cold and dry (see images) it was not worth the money. Disappointed.
This is one hidden place. I ordered Bean Burrito and Chicken Burrito. Price was decent but burrito size was not that big compared to the other I have had at other places however food was ok. I am not a fan of there Bean Burrito, i but full for me to be honest. I liked Chicken Burrito 🌯 and their red sauce. Green sauce was also ok, but for someone who like spicy food, red sauce is to go for. Place was almost empty only 1 other person there when I was ordering. They charge extra on use of card so it is good to carry cash for payment. Food was fresh so that was good. I would say there are few things to improve upon but red sauce is 🔥 PS: ordered carne Asada: it was ok but could have had more meat than the fries. Still love their red sauce....

And then I wanted sauce, so she gave me three LITTLE thimble-sized containers, and walked away to the back.. I decided that the 4 drops in each 3 "tubs"=12 drops= not enough for my 3 tacos and beans and rice, and I waited for her to come back up to the front. They kept looking through the window in the back at me and didn't come up until finally I had to motion them to come up to say, "can I get two more, please?" And she didn't say 'oh sorry' or anything, she just handed me 2 and walked back away. Not the politest people but decent food, decent prices. Wouldn't say I'd go there again, but maybe I will? I give...
